I'm surprised how clean it got. Wow!
But acutally you resolve the soy sauce with the cleaner and it just soacks deeper in your carpet, so you can't see it anymore. Because simply putting the towel on the top of the carped will not(!) "suck" the sauce out of it.
    Result is still impressive.

Hi, and thanks for your comment. I do need to point something out. The towel does indeed wick out spots, and is a key to stain removal success.
Water-based liquid in carpeting (and pad / subfloor), like soy sauce, dry from the bottom up through a process called "wicking". Since the air space above the carpet is drier than the liquid stain/stain remover, the liquid will seek equilibrium, thus drying the space beneath over time.
The drier the space above, the faster the carpet, pad, and subfloor below dries.
We can take advantage of this wicking action by adding several clean, dry (white) towels on top of the treatment and place a weight on top, like a book or a brick, and leaving the stacked towels in place for several hours, or overnight. Doing this ensures there are no air pockets between the layers of the installation (carpet, pad, and subfloor), while also providing another dry layer. The towel is now the top layer of the "sandwich" and will dry last, while expediting the drying of the layers below.
When wicking occurs, it carries much of the water- based stain to the surface into the towel as well, if Stain Fu hasn't already completely neutralized the stain.
      All the best!
