- Today I am going to make traditional recipe sweet ,sour taste ,tasty alu panachi bhaji. This is also called aluche fatfada. In this rainy day ,alu pane available in market. Aluchi pane is 2 types. First is dark ,green ,big & second is faint , green ,small.
In 50 th episode , we saw how to make aluchya panachi vadi. At that time , we saw importance of aluche pan.
Let's go to pick up aluchi pane from my terrace garden.
In this garden , I plant jaswand ,rose ,jai ,juice etc. Also ,I plant alu ,gavati chaha ,ovyachi pane ,mint.
My first hobby is draw rangoli. Second hobby is gardening. Third hobby is painting. Birds build up nest.
There is deshi gulab plant. I wear pink gulab in my hair. Cut alu with there stem. For making aluche fatfada ,I take faint green ,thin & small alu pane. And for making aluchya vadya ,take dark green , big & thick leaves. If we plant alu ,ova ,mint ,gavati chaha etc. in our terrace garden ,then we take whenever we want.
If we make tea using gavati chaha ,then we don't feel coldness in environment.I think you also like this video.
Important tips
Dip aluchi pane in salted water for 15 min. Then aluchi pane become sterilized.Cut pane & stem. Soak dry peanut & chana dal for 3 to 4 hrs. Take cashew nut. Take a mixer & put cut pane & stem ,soaked dry peanut ,chana dal ,green chilli & oil. Do 3 to 4 whistle. Put roasted chana dal pith. Make phodani. Put chincheche kol. Cook this for 7 to 10 min.
Aluche fatfada recipe
Ingredients
10 to 15 alu pane
4 tablespoon oil
Water
Cashew nut
Soaked chana dal
Soaked dry peanut
Desicated coconut
3 teaspoon chinchecha kol
Some jaggery
1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoon roasted chana dal pith
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida powder
1 teaspoon hot spices
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Kanda lasoon tikhat
2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoon ginger paste
8 curry leaves
2 green chilli
Chopped coriander
Procedure
First wash aluchi pane. Then dip in salted water. Take a cutter pad. And cut pane & stem. Soak dry peanut & chana dal for 4 hrs. Take a pressure cooker. Put cut pane & stem , green chilli ,dry peanut , chana dal ,1 teaspoon oil. Add water. Close the lid. Do whistle 3 to 4. Then keep for cooling.
Take a big bowl. Put cooked alu pane etc. in bowl. Add chana dal pith. Beat it using lakadi Ravi. In previous episode ,we saw how to make butter milk using lakadi Ravi.
Take a pan. Put pan on gas. Gas flame is on. Put oil. When oil is hot , gas flame is slow. Put mustard. Add Fenugreek seeds , asafoetida powder , cumin seeds , ginger paste , garlic paste , curry leaves ,hot spices , turmeric powder , salt to taste ,lal tikhat. Mix this well. Add cashew nut. Put belated bhaji in it. Mix this very well. Add chincheche kol , jaggery , desicated coconut , coriander. Mix this. Add water. Cook this for 5 to 10 min. Gas flame is off. Put chopped coriander.
This aluche fatfada is ready to eat.
