Great stuff. Had a couple of holidays in Scotland on a Freedom Of Scotland 7 Day Rover in the mid 80's when I was in my late teens! Apart from local services out of Glasgow and Edinburgh pretty much everything was loco hauled and 37's on the West Highland Line were a joy to travel behind.
Same here Alan I did a few in the early 80s when I was after my last couple of coaching stock which I cleared inside Inverness carriage shed, and the guy made me a cup of tea. Don't think that would happen these days. Thanks for watching Alan, Mike.
Yeah so glad you enjoyed it as much as me Paul, when I filmed that train all them years ago I thought when is it coming. Cheers for taking a look. Regards Mike.
Some good stuff here. You can hear them coming along time before you see them. A Eurostar loco in the Highlands is a bit unexpected, although it was probably owned by DRS by then wasn't it
Vintage 37 sights and sounds Mike, and we are lucky to still have them with us.
To right Bryan, the railway wont be the same without them, I'm also enjoying looking back at my old footage.

Oh cheers Mark, I'm also enjoying going through my old video cassettes, that guy on the left you was referring to I don't know him Mark.
Another Syphon spectacular Mike. Loved the clip of '604 in particular, the length of time you could hear it before seeing it.👍🏼
