Hippies changed......
it just means doesnt shower
hippies have not changed one bit. ineffective, asking for hand outs while offering nothing of value, idealists that can't see reality for what it is... they have always been this way since the hippie movement was created and used by the CIA in the 60s.
Too much weed and acid not enough Bible justice and Jesus.

Most liberals are now a days. I live in Canada and throughout my 20s I never cared for politics. I use to help liberals in my local area when I was a kid. It was when Justin Trudeau came into play that I noticed a change. An since 2017 I been very vocal.
Here on yt, I'm blocked on two of Canada's MSM YT channels because I call out the owners by name.
why is it ridiculous to pay for your education?!?! what is wrong with these people
They are so entitled. They opine that they have god given right to receive free college education where other people should pay the cost. Ridiculous.
Your patience and maturity are truly admirable. Educating those with woke perspective outside of traditional media is an effective strategy.
Don’t do drugs kids
To late we already gave them a cookie.
Seriously tho our society has made it acceptable to give sugar, that is a drug, to kids....
so with that being said id say we should teach people how to drink and or smoke responsibly sense its not going anywhere any time soon aka go buy alc go home and stay home until your sober or don't leave the party and stay and help clean up the next day like a decent human being. that would be a good start don't you think.
Honestly individuals like the character in this video is why I don't care about staunching the flow of fentanyl.

I love how they criticize Trump for taking a loan from his father when that's how many students are paying for their college.
He put the loan to a good use, made big profits and was able to repay in full. So good on him.
Plus Trump worked for his father when he was younger so he had a hand in his father's success. What's the problem with giving you children money? I plan to leave property to my children. Does that make my children lazy or stupid? That's one of the reasons why I work so hard, so my children can get a leg up on society and hopefully not have to struggle as hard as I have. Its selfish to not help out your own children and just blow all your money on yourself if you're successful.
Underneath that smug exterior, I do believe that young man learned something.
I didn't mind this guy honestly. Give him some time, he's got good basic principles. He just hasn't thought his ideas through to their full extent yet.
The best way to argue with a socialist is always the platonic method. Just ask them about their ideas, and keep going. Eventually, unless they are completely stupid, they will realize their worldview does not work. I've done this many times with friends. People also very rarely change their mind on a dime, they need to reflect and correlate the things being said with personal experience. Shouout this hippie for being respectful and open to conversation.
(if there is any confusion I am a free speech absolutist, massive capitalist, and pro small government)

Given how ridiculously expensive college has become for poor students like me, yes I am! Scholarships too, but they havent covered everything sadly.
The insane part of taxation is that it never seems to be enough. The states' and federal governments will keep spending more than they collect regardless of how much they collect. The first step to solving a problem is admitting we have one.
This was a fantastic back and forth, how political debates should go. Plenty of common ground found

He should be asking this kid how he would feel paying for every US citizens college education after him for the rest of his life through higher taxes rather than just paying for his own education.
Right? What’s stopping the far left from then extending this thinking to the rest of a typical Americans wants. They already want to increase taxes for child care. Let’s add cars and houses to this. It’s stupid. Let’s shrink government and our taxes so we can be free to pursue what we want.

Whilst a nice sentiment; as the US is the world super power, responsibility comes with that. The US has had to step up throughout the last century and Ukranine is no different. An expanding Russia, breaking Treaties, needs to be deterred, otherwise the US and Nato will be dragged into serious conflict - which is likely to be far more costly in the long run! If Biden hadn't been so weak and confusing Putin may well have not taken the chance in the first place, sadly.

I can’t count how many bartenders/wait staff that I’ve met that have college degrees in Psychology/Sociology . Their college advisors have failed them by not telling them it would be rare to get a successful job in that field after they graduate. Geez, be a plumber, electrician or a contractor.
