One I realised that some were leading with different feet it was relatively easy. I will be comparing Wargames Atlantic and Pathmark skeletons in the near future
Jason & the Argonauts (1963). Yes; great inspiration. Harryhausen at his best. I do have the WF trench-coat troopers and the heavy weapons box as well. Rather nice. Concerning skeletons, I only have the old GW plastic figures. I might 'splash' some money on these, as their weapons, etc, do look good for some variety.
Gamers our age always imagine skeletons from that film! I have their Soviets in 28mm and Warlord's released Project Z ones. Wish I had come across them sooner. Might be worth waiting for the comparison video as I can see some others working well with them.
I picked up the Children of the Hydra's Teeth box along with the Oathmark Skeletons box a little ways back because I feel they balance each others weaknesses out. The Wargames Factory skeletons are unclothed and perfect for army painting simplicity but the Lego style hands holding the weapons are not aesthetically pleasing to me. One Oathmark box comes with a ton of extra weapons arms and can pretty much outfit both boxes but all their gear slows down the painting. Both great kits, but they're even better together.
I think it depends what ascetic you want. I love the Harryhousen skeletons and these are closest (especially with the Greek weapons). The Oathmark ones look more Celtic. That said they do all work well together
Thank you Axanax m, your comment is exactly what I was hoping to find, I am planning to buy Oathmark and Warlords to mix together, I dont want a Greek looking army, rather a rusty LOTRs look, so I will mixed up shields and weapons. Would you know how they would both blend in with the GW Rattlewhatsits? I am always worried about heads and feet looking correct and similar, i stay away from the (sadly) cartoony Mantic look, especially for dwarves
I found them tricky to put together, especially the feet, but they paint up well and look good. Yours are great.

I do like them, Very nicely painted 👏👏
Really simple to paint, it's a great army for beginners to painting. Really not used to my painting being called good, especially twice in one week.

@@jameslangham9854 Mantic Games do a box of modern zombies (civilians, scientists and soldiers).
@@jameslangham9854 Project Z: Zombie Horde: £21.00 at Warlord Games. Not too bad.

Skeletons: Mantic Games Kings of War might also be worth looking at.
