Omg, when that last note hit and she was backing slowly away! With that look on her face and the way she looked down and up like "TF do you think you are?" XD XD These reactions and the scary video reactions have become the highlight of my days!
Peter has stated that he and Tim recorded over 120 tracks to use for this song, and im here for every one of them. This is the type of song that makes you notice something "new" every time you here it.
I know nobody can see them live right now, but when Tim sings the last note in Ring of Fire, you literally can feel internal organs vibrate (I was going to say uterus cause that’s where I felt it and then thought about all the people who don’t have one of those). I was at a HF show where the plaster from the ceiling started flaking off and floating down during one of the FIRST songs. Y’all are adorable (and I can say that because I’m old enough to be your mom) and I love watching your reactions.
Not only is this just voices, it's just the two of them! You should also check out their other collaborations. "Sound of Silence", and "Bridge Over Troubled Water".
@@mjkjelland13 I'm not a singer at all. but I find it more difficult to harmonize with the lowest notes Peter sings, because I need to go to head voice to hit these notes. All the notes, that Tim sang, i fell very comfortable with.
@@mjkjelland13 he uses a growl technique, i can do it to but its way lower quality. i can not talk while doing it and I can only do it while exhaling from my nose
Once again you two sweet darlins have made my day and brought a smile to my face. I hope Sara is feeling better, and on to full recovery. I'm not a Home Fry, (I'm a classic rock and blues gal) however, these young men are so dang talented, I appreciate what they do, and the joy they bring to their fans. I enjoy your reaction videos, and love, love your ghost/paranormal reactions. Keep bringing joy to everyone with your upbeat, hilarious and great attitudes.
Okay, okay, now that you’ve reacted to Peter singing with Tim, you HAVE to do Peter singing “Black is the Color of my True Love’s Hair” with Avi. They sing SO beautifully together.
Kaz, your "READY?!?!" is becoming my new favorite feature of your videos!! :) That little gleam in your eye just before Sarah gets blown through her chair is priceless!
Watching these two beautiful women react makes me smile and laugh. That alone makes your videos so worth watching. The reaction when Tim comes in…so very entertaining!
This was so good and yes, we think alike. I thought Tim could be Aragorn’s brother in Lord of the Rings or in Game of Thrones. He does stare into your soul and yep the camera shakes. Peter is a master of layering and his voice is so beautiful. It’s such a good collaboration and those two have done many more. One of my favorites is Greensleeves. Home Free has just come out with American Pie with Don McLean who sang it 50 years ago. It’s so good. Love your reaction.
Just found you guys, because of Home Free. I love your reactions! Of course I have my favorites of Home Free - Everybody Walkin This Land, My Church, Helplessly Hoping, Hillbilly Bones, etc. You can't go wrong with anything of theirs. And, how about Evergreen by Yebba. Love this song.
For some reason I missed this reaction at the time it came out but I guess better late than never. You ladies still make me laugh even if 2 months later, It's still fresh to me.
This was great! I was just rewatching/researching (for new) Home Free Reactions - found you guys through your Mayday reaction, and just had to leave a comment on this one. Which was so fun to watch in general. But also - the sneaky smiles and suppressed glee? That's me completely when I'm introducing a music video (or film or show or anime or short or whatever) that I know the person's going to like. I have a weekly tv date with my aunt & uncle (they'll show me stuff - like "The Night Hunter" 1955 film which I highly recommend) but mostly it's me rewatching (or finishing) stuff I love by introducing them to it. So I often have that face from 6:12, & 6:40 (me laughing in general), & 7:20, & about 1:50 in the video... and... and... Basically, Kaz and her reaction, especially to the reaction more than the video is an almost perfect example of me (if sometimes a bit more subdued since pausing isn't always an option and I don't want to deafen them). Anyway, totally subscribed & it will be fun to see more (& future) reactions to stuff. Thanks for making me laugh!
Ok!...You two are just too adorable together. Great reaction and I'm not just a Tolkien fan, I love Tolkien's genre, I live Tolkien's works. I'm planning a couple trips to his birthplace and to visit New Zealand where they filmed the trilogies. New Zealand is sort of a mecca for Tolkien fans.
You think they Tim was looking at the camera in a certain way in this video, you should react to Home Free's cover of 'Man Of Constant Sorrow' Oh and just so you know, Peter Hollens did several Game Of Thrones song covers including 'The Rains of Castamere' and 'Hands of Gold'
it took me this long to think of it but maybe tim didnt know the lyrics to the song so staring into your soul is singing into a teleprompt also i think peter hollens lives in this fantasy world...thank you J.R.R. Tolkien...P.S. if she hasn't heard the peter hollens hobbit drinking medley...its a good one
Hi I think you should listen to Dimash kudaibergen. I think he has the best voice in the world, its not the same kind of music you reacted to earlier, but i think it would knock your socks of. Dont listen to unforgettable day first wait with that song and listen to a couple of his other songs first( try Opera 2 or ogni pietra or SOS first and then listen to Unforgettable Day)
6:39 Sararh's reaction was so cuteeee !! hahahahaha !! New subs here ! . please react more of Home Free especially Thinking out Loud/Let's get it on , SuperBass and My Church
its a little different, but could you guys react to Wayfaring Stranger - Epic Version! by Simon Khorolskiy feat. Chris Rupp (Chris Rupp is formally of Home Free. He left home free amicably to peruse a solo career)
Kaz, I don't know if you will see this comment but you and Sarah should react to Peter Hollen's cover of Never Enough from The Greatest Showman! I had chills and goosebumps through out the entire song! Also, I am a new Subscriber!! Keep up the great work!
Please react to Peter Hollens and Tim Faust "Greensleaves" and "bridge over troubled water" Also Home Free " End of the road" or Austin Brown "Unchained Melody"
You need to check out Home Free's version of Elvira with The Oak Ridge Boys. Sarah will definitely fan girl over Austin in that video. Geoff from Voice play had something to do with producing this one.
You should check out the compilation of his sub-woofer vocals or w/e it was called.... its somewhat heard to make out over the audience in most clips...but still impressive
Great reaction. I think you guys should check out Tomi P. He is a pretty good bass singer. You should watch his cover of Billie Eilish no time to die!!!
Lol...Tim calls that last note the Dragons Breath
Tim could’ve taken Smaug’s place. No one would mess with him.
No one ever notices, Tim never blinks and Peter keeps his eyes lowered or thin.
This keeps another level of light and dark timbre.
There are over 120 layers of Peter and Tims' voices in this song. Peter Hollens is a true master when it comes to these productions.
Omg, when that last note hit and she was backing slowly away! With that look on her face and the way she looked down and up like "TF do you think you are?" XD XD These reactions and the scary video reactions have become the highlight of my days!
I love this comment so much!!! Thank for being part of the family!!
when your friend backed away and sais tim scared her i literaly choked from laughing on the last bite of my dinner, i love your reaction
4:42 Sometimes the majesty of music is in something as simple as a gigantic E-major chord.
Peter - the Hobbit
Tim - the Dragon
Tim’s bass is putting Smaug to shame.
Smaug would be scared
Peter has stated that he and Tim recorded over 120 tracks to use for this song, and im here for every one of them. This is the type of song that makes you notice something "new" every time you here it.
Wow, that's a lot. Tim's hair and that intense stare. Peter is very talented singer. Tim just well.. 😛🤪
Tim can hit those high notes too.
I know nobody can see them live right now, but when Tim sings the last note in Ring of Fire, you literally can feel internal organs vibrate (I was going to say uterus cause that’s where I felt it and then thought about all the people who don’t have one of those). Velvet bass goodness
Not only is this just voices, it's just the two of them! You should also check out their other collaborations. "Sound of Silence", and "Bridge Over Troubled Water".
I've watched a number of reactions to this song and this was the cutest by far!!😊🐝❤
It's a growled G#1 at the end from Tim! :)
Yes it's jus more than powerful,😅🤣
I've sung bass my whole life, Tim is the first person I can recall , that I have ever heard be able to hit G#1 smoothly
@@mjkjelland13

@@mjkjelland13 I can hit D1 without too much trouble. Tim's trick is that he can switch it up to G5 in two bars and then laugh at the rest of us.

Yes, I agree. It is so good.
I fell in love with tim in this one... was my first taste... and now I cant stop listening to home free....
Can you imagine Kate Lott (the high soprano from Voctave) singing with Tim? Can you imagine the shivers that would bring?
Kaz, your "READY?!?!" is becoming my new favorite feature of your videos!! :) That little gleam in your eye just before Sarah gets blown through her chair is priceless!
I can feel my headphones shaking already
Me too!!!!!!!!
Chris Rupp, “Long Black Train” is my favorite new song! My devices were vibrating with the awesomeness! Must watch! 😁
Watching these two beautiful women react makes me smile and laugh. That alone makes your videos so worth watching. The reaction when Tim comes in…so very entertaining!
You should listen to Bridge Over Troubled Water and Greensleeves by Peter Hollen and Tim Foust.
Don't be surprised if Peter pops in to say hi in the comments. He responds to reactions regularly. Seems like such a great guy.
Thank you, YET AGAIN. I'm loving both of your reactions, ant the end the best. Great Post.
I am really and truly rolly here laughing at you girls..............just priceless!!!!!!!!!!! When Tim hit that super low note!!!!
I think you would love Austin Brown’s Unchained Melody. Gorgeous version
Jonathan antoine has the BEST version

Both were filmed at different locations, Tim was Arkansas area, other was on vacation southern US or Bahamas...then they had to put all together.
That last note when he looks right into your core..... ....... oh do it again!!
For some reason I missed this reaction at the time it came out but I guess better late than never. You ladies still make me laugh even if 2 months later, It's still fresh to me.
I don't know why, but I've been binge watching reactions to this video. Y'all are the most entertaining, by far.

Great reaction. Incredible video. Tim could be a Viking Warlord with that voice and stare.
Their Sounds Just Rattle Your Body & Soul
Best thing of this ever!!!!! "What was that note?" I fell off my couch from laughing so hard lol

I would love to see your reaction to a video clip that has Austin telling Tim to do one of those low notes while Austin is sitting on a speaker.
You mean the up his butt clip? Saw that the other day and totally cracked up...and played it a few more times for good measure.
It's hilarious. 😁😁
Only two words to describe Tim's voice..... ALL MAN! Yummmm
U guys are freaking awesome love your reactions
Keep the reactions coming. It's a joy to watch you.
Please watch the video one more time, and note. Tim Faust NEVER BLINKS.
You two are a delight! You genuinely make me laugh. Well done.
God, this song is sooo good!
And since this is with Tim... Home Free - End of the road
Do it!

Got to thank JRR Tolkien for the song 🙂 your reaction is wonderful as always and looking beautiful ladies 😀
Also as always thank you for the smile you've given me and you have brightened my day!
''I feel like I was in this other world, and this beautiful man.....'', exactly right hahahha
ty girls for the happy place.
LOL love the reaction, loved it in the movie, but this was new level
Peter was filmed in Oregon and Tim was in the Caribbean.
On the same day at that!!
You guys make my day! 😂
Haha. Y’all have me in tears! 😂👍🏼
If you haven't give a a listen to Disturbed cover of sound of silence what a truly powerful song
Very good! Put it to react Home Free - FOLSOM PRISON BLUES. I think she will like it.

ok you gotten tim's low parts time for the curve Mayday time
That was too cute 😍

The last note was as though he drank a whole gallon of water before the song and finally burped it out.😂
Kaz, I don't know if you will see this comment but you and Sarah should react to Peter Hollen's cover of Never Enough from The Greatest Showman! I had chills and goosebumps through out the entire song! Also, I am a new Subscriber!! Keep up the great work!
Home Free Folsom Prison Blues, cover by Johnny Cash next. Tim goes low...
That last note woke up something Inside of her.
Of you ever needed a reason to learn to sing, its the endless number of women who react this EXACT way to Tim Foust
Love your reactions. FYI Tim's last name is Foust - pronounced ow like in ouch.
This is multiple layers by both of them
That mans voice could summon a dragon.
Please react to Peter Hollens and Tim Faust "Greensleaves" and "bridge over troubled water" Also Home Free " End of the road" or Austin Brown "Unchained Melody"
React to home free children go where I send thee with Kenny Rogers
Y’all should react to Peter Hollens and Jonathan young singing The Rains of Castamere from game of thrones.
You should listen to Peter Hollens version of Into the West. Chills up and down the spine.
I can see Sara? Was "enjoying" Tim's voice.
Would love to see how they react to tim in Cam - Mayday (Home Free Cover) since that shows a completely different side of tim.

I've seen people say that note was G1 but I have to admit I literally can not believe that, I think that's at least a C1
waiting for the reaction to the bass battle :)
Her overies dropped
Just sub. I love you guys.
I love seeing Sara's reactions
Great reaction. I think you guys should check out Tomi P. He is a pretty good bass singer. You should watch his cover of Billie Eilish no time to die!!!
Please reaction to Vocal Range Tim Foust. Love you❤
ok ready for it 3.2.1...places commercial was that you or the algorithm again?
Algorithm unfortunately 😂 they just know how to get ya!
Not sure if y’all have reacted to these but I would recommend “ brothers in arms “ and “helplessly hoping “ by Home Free
Oh yeah Junior Monteiro is right ... Folsom Prison Blues is a good one, just hold onto your chair, Tim goes straight to the basement in the video.
Staring contest with Tim, anyone?
Yeah I’d lose. Hahaha
