I live in Birmingham and I rarely visit their store, it really is miniscule. The Coventry one is far superior in fact it's one of the biggest I know and they make a lot of use of the floor space. Dan the games man covered it in one of his videos.
Birmingham is the 2nd biggest store by Sq m in the UK, Southampton just pips in in first place. I have been in both, a long time ago. It's stock levels are low considering it's size, but it's got one of the highest turnovers so maybe it sells more high value items like phones and other electronics. Also not a franchise store, so less of a personal touch you might get from a private owner within the limits of CEX rules.
Far as I know death stranding and Callisto are completely separate. But DS is a game you need to spend quite a bit of time with. It’s very heavy on the story and was very divisive. Personally I enjoyed it. But it was dubbed a walking simulator. Initially…yes. After some time it’s so much more than that
Earth Defense Force (EDF) is always fun in short burst, kinda reminds me of Starship Troopers. There's a whole series of them across different platform should you looking to get them as well. Looking forward to your opinion on Death Stranding, I'm currently replaying it on PC at the moment.
Nobody goes to the main cex in Birmingham town centre to trade in games . We have loads on the outskirts of the city which is where u will find the hidden gems ..
Wow! By coincidence I flew to Birmingham then went into the city 2 Fridays ago and went to the exact same CEX. Brought some things with me from Sweden to trade in. Will agree the CEX was pretty bad there, I didn't find much to use the voucher towards.
I like the store, do agree they could make better use of the space but hey, I'm not a businessman! Although last time I drove into town my car got stolen so I haven't been back yet🤣
Death Stranding is soooooo weird. It isn't bad, played it on the PS5. Die hard PS fans will use phrases like ''life changing'' and ''epic'', but they say that about every PS game. It for me, isn't so much a game, more of an experience, or movie in which you partake. I found myself asking why am i playing this...... But something kept pulling me back. Certainly worth a play as only YOU will know if you like it.... But it is an alright experience. Callisto Protocol though, i loved. So many people hated on that game, it is brilliant. Eerie, dark, atmospheric, claustrophobic and just a great time. People complained about the combat, i have no idea why, once you get used too it, it feels great. I purchased it on Series X and completed it, and it is so good, i am currently playing through it on the PS5 on a harder difficulty. Give both a shot fella.

Bioshock infinite complete edition on the 360 for £6. I would have picked that up

TVM licks gum off the pavement for CeX credit.

Callisto protocol is nothing like death stranding and doesn’t have anything to do with it, it’s the spiritual successor to dead space
I think early on it was supposed to be set in the PUBG universe of all things?
The U.K. is amazing for second hand games. So many people just give things away. Doesn’t happen much anywhere else I’ve lived
Ya collecting over here in america is alot more expensive.
TVM snaps rare game discs for Vinted Deals.

The evil within is free on epic with the sequel being free next week
Looks similar to Southampton CeX
LOL, Callisto Protocol and Death Stranding have nothing to do with each other. Gamer cred goes back to zero my dude.
As a heads up the evil within is free this week for pc on epic game store and the evil witin 2 is free for pc next week ...🎉
Love your videos
Wish you'd give the Switch more of a mention. You don't seem to buy much for it.
The most fun cheap game in my opinion is a launch title and is dead rising 3 heaps of fun and real cheap 😊
Death Stranding is good but not for everyone. It's basically a walking simulator. Callisto Protocol is more like Dead Space and Resident Evil.
I have been Birmingham cex
Devil may cry definitive edition payed 4 quid for it great game
TVM tongues ring pieces for Cex credit
Rare replay xbox one game
I got death stranding steel book great art work but the game is dreadful couldn’t play it looks good on shelf tho I paid £10 from cex 👍
Are you still getting mugged by cex.
Definitely a waste of space in the Birmingham Store. There are 5 or 6 CEX stores within 15minutes which are all better.
EDF! EDF!!
saints row was rated one of the worst games of all time lol it's awful
