This is clear miscommunication. The plan was to film content for Jason. She was confused that Jason basically pulled a "drive-by." Content was filmed but it wasn't what she expected. She communicated that she was confused by the change of plans. She also communicated that if the plans had stayed the same she would have thought of something to vlog. Jason got mad. Also - when he got mad HE turned off the camera. Then Trish decended into her bad petty, self deprecating habits - which Jason filmed. At this point, he's enjoying blaming everything on Trish because she always looks so bad in the vlogs... Honestly like most couples they're both to blame for the crazy but it amazes me how everyone blames Trish - particularly other women. It's a situation where you see someone's flaws and decide "Do I want to put up with this."

yeah I thought it was super shady that he turned the camera off when he and Trisha started to fight (when he probably looked bad) but turned it back on to film her looking bad. It makes it really clear that he was ok to vlog her breakdown but not his.

I really think Jason is mimicking trisha more and more the relationship goes by. I feel like before he had immense patience and knew how to cope. Now he seems to have equal reactions to her. To be honest i feel like jason had a lot of control in the start of this relationship and kept his cool 100% of the time. I think he is loosing control more and more and is not used to fighting all the time or receiving mean texts unexpectdly with drama every other night. I think the two are bottleing up their emotions and any little problem sparks a fire. Trisha always has a weird annoyed tone like he is at fault. I think jason was good at keeping calm when he just started dating her. But now since they do this every week, he is loosing his cool and mirroring her way of talking. she says hurtful things. We don't have the full story. I will stay that the video was well acted if it were staged to be one where she did not think he was vlogging, how could she not know? Viewing this objectively without knowing context of your communication history, in the beginning of the misunderstanding, I didn’t find anything that Trisha did wrong. She was explaining reasons why she didn’t think they were vlogging. She didn’t call Jason names or blame him. She simply explained why she misunderstood. Where I saw things wrong: Jason trying to leave and says Trisha is being a jerk. Then Trisha starts acting funny with fears of abandonment and using Jason’s friend by asking Brandon to stay. Then Jason blaming it all on Trish “it’s Trish”, but luckily Brandon called him on it. Then lastly when Jason blames Trish for what seems to be several of their arguments.
In all, I think Trish just cares about pleasing Jason and when she realized she didn’t understand what he wanted, she started explaining and stating how she would understand it better if it were communicated a certain way.

I am very glad that I am not the only one who sees this. Writing comments like this is never a waste of time, its all we have in these situations, to voice the truth although it may seem completely silent.. a lot of young and naive children watch Jason´s videos (this is his target audience, his videos are not very advanced) and they are too young to understand that how he is acting is wrong: This is Not a Relationship, this is a person taking advantage of another person for his own financial gain. I hope someone close to Trisha tells her the truth and guides her to the right path of self love and acceptance.
