Wow! Discovered your channel a couple of weeks ago and now I'm taking time to watch your videos. I'm jaw dropping. I definitely must learn all this this year. Thanks a lot Jordan!
The video discusses profitable niches for AI lead generation agencies in 2025, explaining the concept of niching, the importance of leveraging unfair advantages, and providing a list of 'prove it' and 'scale it' niches with examples and strategies.
This was super insightful as always!! Would love to hear more about the potential of building 'custom systems on the backend' and what that would actually entail / how to set them up :)
I think I'm going to go back and watch the playlist of you creating the agency from scratch last year. Watch the cold calls again and get some cold calls made. This scares me most out of everything
My best advice for getting over cold calls is to start small. - do a few on day one so you get a feel for it - Then build up each day until you get comfortable
Hey Jordan, your videos have been extremely beneficial and motivating for me to take action on the present moment instead of constant visions on the future goal. God bless 🙏
Thanks again for the insight! I'm literally just starting out and I'm pretty sure I want to target law firms as I'm an aspiring lawyer and applying to law schools now. But you've given me some other things to think about as well...

I’ve started approaching clients a few weeks ago but i’ve been failing (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing) but i’ve been approaching them as an individual not as an agency / agency owner. Do you think it’s better to create an agency website and stuff beforehand or is it okay to start out by myself without any labels.
Hey dude, starting out as an individual is absolutely fine, especially in the early stages. Building a personal brand can be incredibly powerful because people buy from people. It allows you to showcase your personality and build trust more effectively than an agency brand might at this point. As you gain traction and start seeing results, you can then consider developing an agency brand and website to scale your operations.
Thank you for the amazing video! However, I have doubts about the fitness industry because it`s easy to get clients but harder to retain. Because the consistency of people showing up is something we can`t control. What are your thoughts on this?
You're absolutely right about the challenges in the fitness industry. Retaining clients can be tricky, especially when their motivation fluctuates. The key is to focus on building a strong relationship and providing consistent value. One strategy is to create a community around your services, offering support and accountability that keeps clients engaged. This could be through regular check-ins, personalized progress tracking, or even group challenges that foster a sense of belonging and commitment. Hope this helps!
When you're just starting out, it's crucial to focus on building credibility and trust with potential clients. One effective approach is to offer a lower service fee initially, which can range from $400 to $1,000 per month, depending on the complexity of the service you're providing.
