Yeah this song was the first single off of their fourth album right after Millennium. This was from their Black & Blue album released in 2000. Nick Carter did a solo album in 2002 and if you're interested, you might want to check out one of his pop rock sounding songs " _Do I Have to Cry for You?_ " It's got some Bryan Adams sound to it. 👍

The song “Don’t turn out the lights” was done by New Kids on the Block & Backstreet Boys when they toured together. They called their super boy group NKOTBSB.
The one thing I liked about BSB was that all 5 guys got a chance to sing on their songs. Blue&Black what my FAV album of theirs and their last one that I ever owned on CD.

"Shape Of My Heart" was written and released by The Backstreet Boys in 1993... given that... it must have just been added to someone in RUclips's play list as a favorite of their playlist for 1998 . Nick Carter actually made a mistake on that album. His voice can not handle rock music well at that time. However it was his dream.So it was good. Just a little bit pity he lose that battle so easily.By the way,it was his choice so it’s good. Only lots of fans believe he could do better .
