Can you use the profile url in a custom audience? If not, how can you leverage this data for FB ads?
Hello there! In order to create a custom audience, it is necessary to have access to the User ID. Unfortunately, our Phantoms cannot scrape this info, so it won't be possible to create a custom audience using our Facebook Phantoms. Therefore, we don't have any solutions available now for Facebook Ads. I apologize for not having a different answer for you!

Hello! Thank you for your questions. We used to have a Facebook Message Sender, but we can no longer make it work consistently, so we have decided to stop maintaining it and remove it from the store. We were spending a lot of development time and resources on something that wasn't making our product better for most people. By making the hard decision to drop it, we will be able to focus our attention on other features and product improvements that provide our users with the best value. We appreciate your understanding.
Regarding your second question, I regret to inform you that you cannot access more than 4-5k members per group. (And there's no way around this!). The Phantom loads results by scrolling through the page like you would manually, so logically when you relaunch the Phantom, it would have to scroll over the same results all over again. This Phantom can't resume where it left off and extract more group members. After scrolling for too long in a row, Facebook simply disconnects you. You must scrape all the results you want from a group in a single launch. You will be able to get as many results as Facebook allows to load by scrolling (usually 4-5k).

How can I scrape only filter specific profiles? like for example, just coaches/consultants?
Hi there! Unfortunately, it won't be possible to filter the profiles you'd like to export - the Phantom will go through the entire group's list and export all available profiles automatically. In the meantime, a possible workaround would be to manually filter the list directly on Google Sheets after downloading your results.

Say theres 10k members in a group, how do i extract all the leads since it only does 5k at a time?

The only way of retrieving your cookies is by logging into your account on your computer. Therefore, we don't recommend running PhantomBuster on your phone, as you may encounter issues. Some social networks, such as Facebook, will notice if you log in from a different location. Connecting your Phantom to a proxy force it to use the same IP address each time. If you forget to use a proxy, you'll most likely get disconnected from Facebook, and your Phantom won't be able to run. To solve this issue, you'll just need to log into Facebook again and connect to a proxy on the setup. :)
