Fantastic video man! I have just finished playing Starfield for the day and was just watching some RUclips videos to eventually fall asleep to and ran across this video. It was so claiming and just had a wonderful feeling to it. Keep it up! You got a new sub from me
Great mountain base, came back to rewatch your landing pad extension and ending up watching your playlist. Ship building is great watching yours next. I'm sure you're right, there will be lots added over time to make building bases and ships even better.
Im just hoping for more variety of buildings and a spaceport for small cargo ships to go back and forth to the planet. Land vehicles with a garage would be nice as well.
Great build and even better when Aluminium is pronounced correctly. Time to check out more of your creations for inspiration. Only downside I see with perching on mountains, is difficult landing pad placement.
0:30 Cheyenne System >>> Planet Montara Luna (Neighbor to a big city on Planet Akila nearby) 0:47 Lots of nice prefabs to build on top of a mountain 2:18 Hydroponic Hab Round for that clear window view
Looking at the edges of the floor where the stairs go down I found that the single as well as double partitions around it can be used to provide a barrier.
you can stack those prefabs than remove them from the ground up to leave the top one floating unsupported, you gotta use that 2 floor prefab to do it but you can remove it
Wow, I saw that the terrain changes and thought that anything on other than sea level flat terrain would be ruined o.O so this surprises me a lot. How does your mountain stay the same? In my game I used a tiny hill to build two modules and next time I came back there were trees and huge rocks spawned inside. Awesome work btw.
I really hope they add Vault tech style ramps and stairs to make elevation changes something more manageable as well as Long Walkways with regular supports so it doesn't look floaty when you do more than a few small ones. I'm sure Bethesda will copy every fallout building DLC eventually. They wont miss that cash grab. By the way did anyone notice there wasn't a season pass? I think they plan soo many DLC that a season pass would have been financial suicide.
One thing i hate about the prefabs is that even in a perfectly breatheable planet, you still need to use the airlock door, and those airlock door are kinda annoyong becaise the cycling door takes a little while to open/close lol
I hope a modder figures out how to import Oblivion building building assets into Starfield. After a long day of nuking Spacers, I'd like to come home to a timber framed lodge with stone walls, a woodshed and a weathered gray barn. : /
'truly is a masterpiece.' Dude, are you kidding? This game is a fckin meme! That's cool you are having fun with it, but don't pretend that SF is anything but top tier BS from BGS!!!
Gorgeous my guy. I don't normally go in for the base-buidling features in these kinds of games, but this has inspired me to give it a go.
10,000 Hz Legend build right here. Just awesome!

It was the dartboard placement that pushed me to subscribe XD.... "quite dangerous really"
Great location and build!
Those makeshift chairs will be perfect for my Va'Ruun build.
Just saw this and you put a lot of thought into it. Its a nice looking outpost.
Awesome build! Thanks for the tips and ideas for me to use in my future outpost builds😎

It’s great to see a starfield build already, it turned out awesome! Can’t wait to see more from you, will you be doing any ship builds as well?
Thanks! Yes eventually but haven’t got on to that yet :)
Nicely done
Great vid, had no idea you could place hubs on mountaintops - I constantly heard "always build on flat surface".
Habs aren't that much of an issue. The problem lies with landing pads. They're sensitive to high foundations.
Yes that seems logic, I was just surprised how smooth habs slided into the surface if sloaps and mountains.@@clandestine736

You need to include a window cleaner when you settle this 😂😂
anyway u can give an exact ground location using the terrain map?? I'd like to use this spot for a build myself. Thank u.

That’s a good point
Subbed 👍... you should try to do the first city😮
Alright I’ve been ignoring outpost building , I have to get on it
Does anyone know why ships do not land on the landing pad in outposts? My ship isnt that big btw, just 24m.
Some railings would be good Bethesda.
Sco Ducks!

considering that it's basically the same tech and engine, that shouldn't be a problem lol
My thinking, exactly. ; /@@horusthehorse
