Всë красиво! Есть но обрезанные оси без шпонок ,они будут со временем выходить из подшипников , сейчас вы забили киянком, после хорошей езды они будут от руки заходить 😉

That is a semi-floating axle housing, meaning the bearings and a retention plate are supposed to be pressed onto the axles or held in place with C-Clip, there is nothing holding them in place, so instead the CV half shafts will bind up over time as those axles slide in and out, causing wear to both the CV shafts and axles. CV half shafts normally have C-Clips on them to hold them directly into the axle house or transaxle.
Сделано конечно правильно, но с токарным очень плохо, после проточки можно было резцом начертить нужный диаметр и отверстия уже отметить и сверлить, а не прижимать ШРУС и сверлить по нету, большая вероятность что он будет смещён и будет дисбаланс при езде. Подшипники забивают по внешней обойме а не бьют киянкой по плоскости, там конечно не сильно важно но все таки. Ну и для красоты можно было сварку зачистить перед покраской.
My boss man done this for me over ten years ago I can't remember exactly but My 660 grizzly kept breaking front end he took an old Chevy luv front rear cut it down made the axel's fit and it worked great I ran 32 inch tires never broke the front again

These people have never heard of using OIL on their lathe procedures ! Those ~9 inch steel discs are going to act like a fly wheel at higher RPM's UNLESS they are balanced !!!!
Well see a problem not even 5 minutes into the build. If bearings go in that easy into a housing they are going to spin, and not the way you want them too. No bearing should drop right in. Unless its a tapered bearing with an outer nut tensioner.
You do realize the welding current on the ground plate when you’re welding on the housing or any other part of the differential is going straight through the assembled bearing!!!
You might be able to fool people that never worked on cars, but too many flaws in this work. You didn't check for backlash and tooth engagement when you reassembled the differential, the crush sleeve looked used and didn't check the pinion bearing pre-load. That is a semi-floating axle. The bearings should either be pressed on or held in place with a snap-ring and have a retention plate that bolts to the axle housing to hold the axles into the differential. This will cause binding of the CV joint as they will end up having to do that job instead. Those axles will also be majorly out of balance because of the uneven welding. I give that assemble a few thousand miles tops before stuff starts failing.
He builds sht constantly on this channel. That’s his content. I doubt he’s really trying to make this one last too long. It’s actually a pretty nice build. So you make yours perfect and he can keep making his like he wants
Although you aren’t wrong in the procedure you’ve described… I don’t think that vehicles or builds that have these kinds of home made parts will see the same amount of use and wear as a regular every day driving car on the road. This kind of stuff has been done for ages on farms and whatnot to keep the tractors rolling and keep on working. Shouldn’t be an issue for them

I just think it takes a little time without prejudice to do a more finished job than these pieces ended up there. And the cutting tool is too long which causes vibration.

Same as a normal cv shaft, there's no way for it to move outward once the hub and control arm are mounted.

Они по буртику центрировали вроде. По мне так под подшипники места прослаблены и полуоси тоже - вставляются сильно легко.

No retaining clips on the axles, the shafts will come out under load

Подшипник нужно осаживать на горячую чтобы он не слизал с оси а не киянкой
