I think it depends, for me, most people rarely can do 25 minutes session in a long run, like me, if they do, everyone will be master. I would like to study or work for 2 hours focusing one just one thing in the most efficient time, mostly in the morning 9-11 am, and take rest then switch to other work or related in the rest of the day a couple of hours

看到有人分享念書的各種不同方法真的很開心，我覺得這種人應該要越來越多，他是很有心分享的，能找到同好好開心。
但還是要看人，番茄鐘對我是沒效的，試過一段時間，要一直設定看鬧鐘，唸到一個段落還要被打斷，久了會嫌麻煩，所以一個月內自動放棄。
後來用的是靠自己發現的環境法，看錦堂的直播一起念書，或是聽LOFI有唸書桌布的音樂，或是到圖書館改變環境，如果有類似圖書館的ASMR我可能會去試，這樣的輪流換環境的方法讓我光最近三個月內已經讀完四本書了，目前正在看第五本和第六本 (我的習慣是一次兩本交替輪流不容易膩)，最近因為閒置的時間比較多，第七本書也可以同時看，第五本書是真正很厚的學習工具書，要是我能研讀完我會很驕傲，因為那本書我最熟的就是第一章節，每次還來不急唸完就放棄(前後試了快10遍)，目前用環境法快要念完工具書了，已達到以前從來沒有過的章節，推薦各位！
