I once broke a corner of my Valk 3 and could not find it anywhere locally so I ordered from SCS. Weirdly, it never arrived. I emailed SCS wondering if there was a way to track where it could be, and they just... sent a completely new piece for no extra charge ALL the way to India, and that one luckily did get delivered. As far as Customer Service goes, I found SCS to be really reliable. I just wish I could also make larger orders from SCS but my country charges 42% import duty on any item I buy from outside so it gets too pricey in the end. Hoping to have a local SCS branch in my country one day - I know it's wishful thinking but there's definitely a demand here lol.
@@officialhideyo You do realize Cubelelo is COMPLETELY crap these days, right? You literally can't find half the newer cubes over there.. and their support is one of the most unhelpful I've ever experienced. I've been shopping from Cubelelo since they started from my own city in Bhopal then moved to Raipur .. but these days it's not a cubing store. They just sell you guides and cubing tutorials rather an newer and latest cubes.

Its like I always say, SCS is the best shop and offers the best customer service... Especially Cameron. When i had some trouble with Alex about spare parts, Cameron fixed it for me within a couple days and that was a relief!
I have a small side business selling 3D printer parts and some countries can be a big headache to ship to, Australia is the worst, all in all almost 20 packages have been lost going there in the last couple years. It got so bad for a few months. the shipping insurance stopped accepting claims from me. And my most expensive order from an overseas supplier came with half of the items defective and they said its normal and they are still usable. And any packages I send to Italy, they open them and take the stickers.... I understand your pain.

It sounds like US Customs is a disgrace. How can they have no accountability for doing damage like this? What do they have, a bunch of kids with a streaks vandalism working there? Shocking to hear, but good to know.
It's surprising customs can't be held liable for doing something like breaking a 21x21... Sure preventing smuggling is an issue, but if they don't actually find anything they should reimburse an innocent citizen rather than essentially punishing them for the crimes of others.

Hi I realy like this story time thing but there is one thin that I think you can do better. When you tallk you dont realy look to the camera and I understand that its maybe akward to do so mayve you can try have solve as the video and so we can see some solves and here the story to.
