    wow, this legit just saved me days of my life haha...good looks on midjourney's part to make an epic feature I honestly wouldn't have even thought of myself, and I've been dying for *some* way to speed up my workflow for a while now too....I can't even begin to imagine how much time this would have saved me in the past when having to tinker around w/ super detailed & specific prompts varying in individual weights, stylize/chaos values, & all sorts of different variants....🙏

    • @FutureTechPilot

      @mkm1856 Год назад +1

      @@FutureTechPilot i was about to ask if it works well for aspect ratios, but then realized that they're all individual prompts anyway...so i don't see why they wouldn't/shouldn't work with diff ARs (was wondering just bc in the past i've tried to change aspect ratios w/o creating an entirely new prompt, which - if you've for whatever reason thought might work, like I did - does not fuckin work at ALL lol. it just stretches it all out and it's just a mess...so there's yet another thing to use it for 🤷‍♂
      man, i'm going to end up using all of my fast hours in under a day i bet - hell, it'll realistically take me like 2 or 3 "full" prompts once i put this to use....shiiit.🤦‍♂

    Damn! Finally a reason to get back to MJ after a month hiatus -- a feature I'd hoped for since last year (set-based permutations). Wait, Pro only. That's the $60/mo pan? Bummer, only have the $30/m plan.
    But I'm imagining how powerful MJ is now, esp. if you combine "/prefer option set" to hold your regular permutations, such as version or style parameters. You could potentially put in lines from, say, a poem as a permutation and let MJ do its work. Instead of having to enter every line one at a time. But it's easy to fill up the fast-hours queue this way :)

    • @FutureTechPilot
      @FutureTechPilot  Год назад +1

      haha and they updated it already, $30 plan has access to it now as well.
      And that's a really good idea for holding permutations in your custom args. You've sent me down a whole tangent for some future videos haha

      I used chatGPT to generate the storyboard based on the story of the track and the lyrics.
      To make the characters consistent, I had gpt insert a full character description into each storyboard frame prompt.
      Then manually inputting prompts one by one into Midjourney before upscaling.
      Took quite a long time, and i realize there's probably a better way to train on a specific face and do it that way.
      But this option makes the way I've been doing it much simpler and quicker.

      @@TeleporterM11 I agree, it just seems like a fluff feature to me. I can’t imagine many people who have gone for the Pro package want something as unfocused as this. I pretty much always know exactly what I’m going for, and get frustrated when it struggles with simple things like mixing the colours of for example “man in a blue suit and woman in a red dress”, or getting x above y wrong. It at least needs some kind of separators that work in a consistent manner, as it still mixes different areas of the prompts up far too often. Hands do still need some work but at least they are way better than they used to be. A few of the features they have brought out recently seem more “we are able do this, so we will”, which I don’t have a problem with normally, unless it impacts everyday usage. This month’s Pro just ticked over for me, and I almost delayed renewing after this feature’s announcement. I didn’t, so I’m just hoping it doesn’t slow down overall responses too much, although I do expect it to be slower for the week after all the channels report this update. Yes, I agree, there are things I’d rather they’d spent time on fixing/ making better, but tbh, I don’t think this new feature took much time to code, whereas things like in-painting (which would save me a lot of time) are quite major feature changes. I guess we are still very early days, so always crossing my fingers (no pun intended) 😊
