I have been to the tree of life in Bahrain. It’s a mesquite tree and it’s about 400 years old. They think it found its way to Bahrain as a seed on a trading ship. Its water source comes from an underground aquifer. It’s odd to see a tree in the middle of a sandy dessert. Well, it has company with above ground pipeline, well jacks and dog shacks for workers.
This forbidden fruit was the fig. As is symbolized with them sowing fig leaves together, Jesus cursing the fig tree and the fig tree about to sprout, referring to Israel 🇮🇱 becoming a nation 😊
Jesus cursed the fig tree because when he came to save all people the chosen people His chosen people did not accept him a Roman soldier was admired by Jesus for his faith was greater than any of the chosen people those people of that era were cursed for not bearing fruit of the vine the vine is Jesus and thought they saw who he was they refused to accept him for who he truly is for they trusted their own knowledge rather than what God was trying to unveil to them
The cross The Lord Christ was hung on in the now tree of life (if we don't believe he died for us and arose declaring "All power is given to me both in Heaven and on earth"

The fig was not the forbidden fruit. Jesus curse the fig tree, as a demonstration to let the disciples know that they can speak anything into existence.
It is interesting to note God told Adam not to eat from the tree of good and evil in Gen 1 v 17 which is 5 verses before v 22 when God formed the woman...so God could not have told the woman. Also Adam having named all the animals birds etc. Did not even bother to give the woman her name until Gen 3 just before God expelled them from the Garden. Adam failed and disobeyed God Timing is important in the understanding when reading Gods Word. Thank You Jesus. Glory to God, Amen.
