omg!! your shorts and the hat you used for inspo remind me so much of pearly kings!! it’s a tradition in london that started in the victorian period, in which poor market traders collected shiny buttons that they found on the streets that had fallen off of other people’s clothing. they would then decorate their own plain clothing with intricate patterns, decals and even words using buttons! a lot of older people still dress this way in london today, often when collecting money for charity🥲
