I don't think seeing someone over the weekend is too much. My boyfriend and I see each other 4x a week and neither of us feel suffocated or anything. We get 3x a week to be alone and do our own thing. He just wasn't the right guy for you x
Giving your partner space is important. I also learned that relationships are about finding a balance between closeness and independence to keep the relationship healthy and maintains individuality and not become too enmeshed.

Hello from Vienna, I ended up here by chance, it has nothing to do with beauty products or similar, but read about your current difficult time and was able to empathize, I am convinced that the most important thing in a relationship is honesty and talking to each other. It can't Always be happy but especially in difficult times the affection for each other shows itself and can intensify and strengthen the connection, finding the supposedly right person can be a coincidence, destiny and not forced, my husband originally wanted to set me up with his friend haha that's it backfired, it's been 35 years now, a relationship with ups and downs but always with cohesion, a soul mate doesn't necessarily have to match your expectations of appearance, be open because a personality can be just as attractive and fulfilling. I don't even mind not dating. I have been single for a few years now. All experiences i made i could have easy lived without because they strained my heart too much but they made me who i am today. I found peace within myself. It's nice to have marriage still somewhere in the back of my mind, but i don't bother anymore. If i am meant to be alone then so be it.

Long time I had not seen your channel. Hope you’re doing well. You commented your ex boyfriend broke with you and you guessed he needed space, hmm I don’t think he really loved you. When someone loves you he would not to be away from you. You only saw him on weekends so you both had the whole week alone to concentrate on work or other things and not is more time away than together. Value and love yourself 💯 % and believe me when the right person finds , you will be happy in love. Don’t force love love just happens to come around on its own. Take care and be safe.🫰🏻
It could be he had other issues he was struggling with too & maybe that made him feel like closing himself off & pushing her away. Although its still sad things didn't work out, but maybe it was the best for them rather than the relationship becoming toxic & them ending up hurting eachother even more. You can love someone dearly, yet still want to be left alone & wanting to flee in some cases. It doesn't mean you don't love them, maybe it was a sign he wasn't doing well like, maybe burned out or other issues that made him feel he needed a break/made him feel like he was suffocating or him belatedly realising he wasn't ready yet for serious commitment.
We also don't what he was dealing with & whether he was ready to share with her yet, probably not so instinctively pushed her away maybe due him feeling insecure & vulnerable/afraid of her opinion or hurting her, some people become totally different if they have anxiety & trust issues or if they feel guilt etc. Maybe he also had trauma's & scars or he simply wanted to avoid her after something went wrong & he was in proces of processing. All this can cause someone to push others away, its really sad. At least Jina got out safely before things turned worse/nasty, for that we should be glad & grateful!
At least he didn't turn out to be such a bad/dangerous guy you'd never wish anyone to even have a relationship with. I think that if he didn't really love her he would've been abusive towards her & trying to exploit her, we should be glad this wasn't the case. Because you have those abusive scum who wouldn't let you go even if they don't love you/when they know you're through with them, they'd be possessive etc. Some people are really scary/psycho's I admire anyone having courage to have serious relationship as its still a gamble, especially when stuff like dating violence are getying more prominent. It's not easy to trust, open yourself for many & be responsible for many people.
Tldr: Some ppl push those they care deeply away from them when in pain & if they feel they protect them & harm/hurt them less. But yeah he could've had an guilty conscience too.

I like my alone time and all but lemme tell you if I were dating someone and we only had the weekends to spend together, I would be elated to spend every moment of that weekend together. The alone time can happen the rest of the week. But that's just me and relationships are always hard no matter what and sometimes things just don't work out.

I think the only stress or pressure you may feel are not so much from your friends, as perhaps from your parents.
