While the Russians might be advancing territorially, such heavy losses hardly constitute a true win. What happens when Ukraine, having conserved its forces, shifts to a full-scale offensive?
Maybe if you were just a little bit more intelligent, you would actually understand what the Russians have to sacrifice for those "gains". If you call that winning... ok whatever floats your boat.
