i am team trains! and mexican , so when there's a highway construction, passing in the middle of forests , deserts, jungles, nobody say a word, it's ok to do that! no documentals, no news coverage, but when it's a train project, there's a media outcry
Thank you for your review! We are really proud and happy about the train, its amazing to for the first time have a modern and high quality regional train, and it wont be the last one, by 2030 we are going to have many more regional routes to connect the north, center, and South of the country, hope you can come back then and see it for yourself!
I like this guy i remember when he traveled in mexico with his father and he was good guy and his girlfriend i think so but we never ever knew mexico come all people from all over the world blessings to you and take care of yourself??
Hello Dan, I have followed you in your videos from Mexico, it is good to have you back, and yes when you say that it is better not to get involved in "political" matters, rather than not getting involved it is good to investigate first, in Mexico before Andred Manuel Lopez entered Or, the political and economic power were the same, they came to loot everything, the budget, fuel, etc. Obviously, when they saw the loss of their privileges that their marriage with the governments in power gave them, they immediately launched campaigns. media, and who are still in control of the country's main media outlets (thank God almost no one sees them anymore), to attack the new government with everything, and said attacks clearly included the Mayan train... to begin with ALL of them and I repeat All road and train projects around the world affect to a greater or lesser extent the ecosystems through which they pass. In the case of the Mayan train, 40 percent of the track already existed, another 30 percent does not have jungle or was very damaged. , this leaves a 30 percent of the jungle did need to be cut down, but various actions were carried out to mitigate, planting millions of new trees, wildlife crossings, and the creation of almost 2 million more hectares of protected reserves, on the other hand. The indigenous communities were not only protected but also had houses, markets, squares, etc., in addition to including them in important decisions through assemblies... well, no There is no doubt that we are experiencing in our country the best moment in its entire history, and obviously not without problems and errors, but we are beginning to be the great country that decades of corruption had prevented, greetings
Hi Dan I'm very glad to see you back in Mexico. I've been in Brazil for two years now but, having lived in Mexico for 22 years, that's the country that will always have my heart. As for the Tren Maya, nearly every Mexican I know scoffs at it as one of former president AMLO's vanity projects. (Along with Mexico's City's new airport, which remains mostly empty. It's ok for changing planes, but very few people who live in Mexico City will use it. To them it's a joke.) Based on your video, it looks like you had first class to yourself. Mexicans believe the money spent to build the train could have been better spent elsewhere. They say "It's to benefit tourists. Not Mexicans." I love Mérida, despite the fact that it feels like being inside an oven. Never been to Cancún and don't plan on it. It's Mexico's Disneyland or Vegas, and I prefer real cities. The small city of Campeche is a wonderful place to spend a few days. As always, I look forward to the coming videos.
Stop spreading misinformation cutt it out !! Mexican former president has been one of the most effective and industrious ones cause he brought the poverty level down due to the fact of all these brand new gargantuan and massive projects like tren maya , aifa airport and 3 brand new refineries and it's just the beginning of mexicos take off BTW I've been living in Vancouver the last 6 yrs and guess what? None of any major projects have been deployed or built in terms of transport connectivity and trust me we need more subway lines and it's ridiculous that we only have 3 whereas Monterey or guadalajara has 4 or 5 lines so save your envious and deceitful remarks for your country thank God u left Mex and we don't need ppl like you around if you are not part of the solution don't be an obstacle
the 30 billion inversion $ COVERS the normal mayan trains (in white and green color as seen in this video) and VIP mayan ones, called "PATAL" models (in dark blue color). So you haven't proved/tested the VIP MAYA TRAINS. You have practically tested "the half of the inversion"😊 greetings🎉
I think you need to add music to the video. (Maybe you want to show silence, or dont like videos with sound) and its good. This train for the south means a lot!, it brought jobs, not only tourism jobs, also blue collar jobs! For us mexicanos a dream to have again a train!
I tried the train on November, Cancun to Merida, very good experience and pretty convenient.
WELCOME to MÉXICO ❤... I've been watching your videos since you came to Mexico for the first time.
I love Mexico. ♥

El nuevo aeropuerto Aifa de México ya está muy llena y hasta premio ya ganó.

Create your own channel and add your music 🤣🤣, feliz día, (cotorrea)
there was no indigenous people unhappy with the train, totally the other way around.
That train looks outta place idk
❤...THE TRAIN MAYA WAS POSSIBLE thanks to OUR BELOVED first LEFT WING PRESIDENT, ANDRES MANUEL LOPEZ OBRADOR...❤
And his children, who made millions of dollars out of it
