I totally agree with the slightly shorter blouse instead of tucking in a longer one. I realized my top half is shorter, bottom half is longer. So a shorter blouse generally looks best on me. Only took till I am 59 to figure this out 😄

Hi Lisa ! I’m 43 been struggling to loose 10 lbs … just started a fasting diet ….the only rule is to eat in an 8 hr window (I do 10-6) it’s easy cause there’s just one rule and working so far !

I'm stuck with my weight as well. I put 13 pounds on over the winter and I cannot get it off. I'm post-menopause now, and have to change things up as "eat less, move more" doesn't apply anymore. I too in the winter months don't really wear a lot of my cute winter clothes as we tend to stay home more.
