I held off on purchasing this for a long time...owned Metal Rain by Banana Republic (another clone of SMW) and wasn't a fan. However, just picked Sillage up and I'm really enjoying it. I actually love the opening...very fresh and citrus heavy. Transitions quickly into a clean slightly floral scent. I love it
Well I want to share my experience when I purchased my bottle. I opened it & sprayed it, it smelled SOOOOO horrible!!!! Like chemicals & I was hurt & disappointed 😞. I put it back in the box & took another sniff almost 8 weeks later. It was sooooo beautiful & STRONG! Lol.... I owned the OG sometime ago & it's performance was lacking & I sold it.
That’s so wild but I totally believe it. I think half of these dramatic changes over time have to do with the composition of the fragrances, and half of them have to do with biological and psychological human factors…
I've had this for nearly a year and I just can't get on with it. All I get is the inky metal smell and it doesn't change. I wish I liked it but it just doesn't work for me. Good video though mate.
Thanks for the feedback- I don’t know if I would’ve picked up on the floral element and unless my teammate would’ve said something. Now I can’t un-smell it and wish I got more of the metallic inky vibe!

It's 34 C° out here. Sillage has no problems to cope with the heat. Excellent projection & silage. Outstanding longevity 🙂

If you like this get Milestone, I think I like it more, but maybe I'm just kinda getting bored at the moment of the SMW sharp and bright DNA.
