You mentioned that in Rth calculation A and B makes parallel then in Vth calculation you just added the resistance where A and B points were still present.
During Vth doesnt that makes any senses with parallel and series ?

In Vth calculation resistance 10ohm and 50 ohm are connected to the voltage source end that makes them in series and in Rth calculation there is no present of voltage source so it is parallel in that case .
