HOARD is not only a powerful and haunting drama, but a really impressive directorial debut from filmmaker Luna Carmoon. Let us know if you are checking this film out in cinemas.

Best British film I've seen this year so far. It's very visceral and tactile. We almost needed 'smellovision' to experience this film properly. The director tells the story in a unique way. The performances are excellent especially Saura Lightfoot-Leon as the older Maria.

Fascinating insight guys. Found it heartbreaking, disturbing and charming in equal measure. My only reservation (and its petty) some of the 90s references were very on the nose- here is Blind Date and CK One)

Thanks Paul. I know what you mean about the references. Didn't bother us that much tbh.

I found this film intense and gross but I think I liked it but I didn’t love it. What an amazing first feature!

Very much so. Very powerful. It certainly stays with you.
