Some pretty glaring omissions from the Video Game section of the video: Disney’s Animated Storybook Toy Story for the PC, Toy Story activity center for the PC, Toy Story for the Sega Genesis and SNES, and the Toy Box level in Kingdom Hearts 3. There’s also plenty of other Pixar games older than the ones you mentioned that the Luxo Ball might be in, but I haven’t played them so someone else will have to confirm. But I will empathize with your sorrow that Disney doesn’t make tie-in video games anymore, but it’s not just Disney it’s the movie industry in general. I used to play SO many video game versions of movies in the 90s and early 2000s, but they mostly stopped being a thing in the 2010s. Probably because video games are getting more difficult to make.

It’s probably in Bluey because that show is partnered with Disney to release episodes on both Disney+ and Channel
For example, in Pixar Kart Wii, by using the Luxo Ball item you will temporary give a speed boost.
