Here’s how I would make that second outfit work. I would definitely wear black leggings with black boots. I would wear a t-shirt over the bodysuit and have the mesh sleeves showing under the short sleeves. I would maybe wear it to a biker bar or for Halloween & dress like Cher! Those would be my only two scenarios I would be remotely willing to wear that outfit.
