Congratulation to the team !
You must be our long time friends Thanks for the understand, we sure are small team with limited budgets, with a small boat, big wind, we all tried our best! Love you MERCI
Don, that was some sloppy reporting. No countdown, no look along the line, no sailnumbers to identify the yachts, crew about to go overboard most of the time, please do better next time!
Don made a somewhat cryptic comment in his Q&A yesterday to the effect that Aida "has decided to move on to other projects". No other explanation for the absence of a key team member at the start?
@@paulshell1729 I think he must have upset her after the live she wanted to do without him. Too bad she commented well and it was nice to hear French when we see the number of French boats entered...
Credit where it's due and the crew of this commentary did a fair job. However it was quite pathetic in terms of what we could expect today. It was amateurish and really there was no excuse. The technology available today coupled to many professional commentators and forward planning could have been the opportunity once again, to showcase not only the race but the yacht squadron and yachting generally. A wonderful opportunity lost but then like so many things in the country today what is surprising?

Great start! And fantastic coverage, despite the challenging conditions, Don & crew! Catherine was excellent.
This was fantastic. Great camera work and commentary. Thanks don and team
Don, if you want help with camera and commentary to take the load off you let us know. Happy to help.
Hey Don, why don't you get a professiinal cameramen ?😅
I miss her... Why Don??? At least u didn't lie... Why?
Don, your enthusiasm is contagious but you need to try out adjectives that don't start with C and end with L.
