Reminds me of every other week when pay day rolls around. Except with a 6 pack of Steel Reserve tall boys because they’re cheap and I want to forget by late in the evening why I started on them.
Now this reminds of my dad he 'd get paid and one of us needed money for school or for hanging out with friends and I stopped asking because I realized that he was working hard after I started earinig my own money and kids at my school became like vampire's asking for money when I got paid I got my dad a card and his favorite snack with my first two pay checks and thanked him for working hard

The running gag is that Al’s always broke because he’s a shoe salesman who makes minimum wage. But he makes all of his payments on time and has money to give to his family. Cause he makes commission clearly. And when he rarely tries he makes very good money doing it.
Actually Al did alright for himself. 1) he has a HOME 2)he has a car 3)His living room (old er house form the 50's-mid 90's), were actually big (wide), and the yards were WIDER, thus the house was wider making for long spacious hall ways. His bedroom and furniture was nice.... sure he wasn't super rich, but at least he was comfortable. The only problem is that these older houses had SHITTY insulation, and were harder to heat! (larger houses for example have more heat sinks, (ie larger windows) wider attics and bastements that just bled heat! But he also had spare money for a LARGE dog, and have spare money for luxuries such as LOTS of Alcohol and pornography and socializing with his NO MAM friends... for many Americans this life style is paradise!
