Those with a bit more surplus will hire more from those with small businesses, so more clients, etc. 2. The currency will be just that, a current of money in the economy rather than clutched in the hands of those such as previous Sec of Ed benefitting from predatory interest rates... and as we all should know by now trickle down is a dysfunctional notion that doesn't happen. This is an incredible shift or injunction of a status quo that is wholly positive. 3) The affected generations have the least amount of savings, so it is opportunity for people to continue to invest in themselves and others along the way to be better prepared... this is actually huge. 4) currency flow means job creation. 5) There is successful precedent for social programs AND robust markets. The two compliment each other and are not mutually exclusive in healthy economies.
