I just found out today that the Dollar Tree that is 5 minutes from my house is becoming a Dollar Tree Plus. That made my New Year!!!!! I am so excited.

I fill those large burlap gift bags with cat nip for my cat Gingy. He loves them!😻
I have never liked DT paint, but I saw that brand at my DT at Christmas time and there was a really pretty gold. I got one bottle to try and LOVED it!! The color was beautiful!!! It wasn't thick one coat like the chalk paint we are all used to, but as far as acrylic paint goes, I liked it as much as my folk art. I went back to grab more colors and to stock up on the gold, but it was gone! Every store and online. I thought it was a fluke one time thing they got in. Nice to see that it is back. I will be looking for the gold! LOL
I've used the paint for different projects, even with kids, and it works very well and gives good coverage

I just spent a ridiculous amount of money at Dollar tree, and now you’ve shown me so much more stuff I could make use of! The problem is that I can get things made very fast because of my disabilities, so I have enough craft, and sewing supplies enough to last me years! It’s like since I don’t have kids living with us anymore I’ve gotten a little coo-coo buying too much stuff. I have good ideas, and intentions, but I need to pick up the pace!😂

I've used the craft paints too, they worked great on my ceramic pumpkins this past fall! It's thick, so you get good coverage with them, I hope my DT has the new colors, I never found any colors for Christmas this year(probably sold out too fast lol) . Thanks for the videos and craft ideas!

I wish that my store looked like yours. I live in backward Montana, and they close the door whenever they want.
Lots of DT stores are short staffed and have been adjusting their hours.
I put sand in those metal buckets for outdoor ash trays. The sand makes for easy cleanup

Could not find the bear glass jars in the city where I live even though there is dollar tree ware house distribution center here but I did find them in Gainesville Florida which is typical because they have that university there and that’s probably why they keep the stores stocked better.

Are gonna diy craft decor for the valentines??
Dee I'm not impressed with the Dollar Tree Paint. It seems to be watered down and you have to put double the amount on coats to your project. I ended up throwing them away and going back to craft paint at Wally World, Michaels and Hobby Lobby. I don't need 4 coats on my projects. Lol....oh I don't like Dollar General craft paint either for this reason.

Plus section = RIP dollar tree
Respectfully, the plus items are comparable to those items found at Hobby Lobby and Michael's (but at a better price at DT!) You can definitely ignore that aisle and shop the other 90% of the store that is $1.25 or less 🙂
You make the cutest things…but all three of my DT’s look like dumps. They do not carry 90% of the things yours does and they are and will never be orderly and clean like yours. It’s very sad. Exciting for you though!!! Happy New Year!

Your projects are creative as always but I am so tired of DT having so many signs and repeat items from last year. How many signs can one person use?
I am hoping for some new ideas from DT. I thought Christmas was a disappointment. I was there a day ago and it had a lot of Christmas even though it was 50 % off. The only thing empty was the Plus section.
I used the paint you aired and did not like it. It doesn't cover well and is very thin. 😮
