They are AWESOME. I was just looking up tickets for a concert at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville and was amazed. Carol Burnett is there tomorrow and the tickets range from $15 to $201; Old Crow Medicine Show on June 1st, range from $45 to $822; however, Widespread Panic has a 3 Day gig there with tickets (each day) running from $111 to $1,115. Even Ringo Starr and His All Star Band is getting less. Proof of success...
I was looking for some new music to listen to and ran across Widespread Panic. Which is the coolest name ever for a band. I'd love to see them, I see Red Rock is sold out and Telluride CO is close enough to Tulsa. . Maybe I'll make it out that way.
I just bought my Red Rocks tickets for this year on stub hub. I always try to buy them the day they 1st become available. They always sell out in minutes. My waiting room failed me this year. There is a reason they have sold out now 60 shows in a row at Red Rocks. They dont come to KC anymore so Red Rocks is my spot. No greater venue in America to catch a show!
Wait on the steps for the day at a Red Rocks Panic show, great socializing for a day on the rocks prior to the rush for the seats when the gates open. Last Panic show there I got some great mushrooms from one of the security guards there. You'll never want to see a show anywhere else except possibly the Gorge in Washington state.
Loved the consistency of an amazing group of artist/MUSICIANS ❤Extremely enthusiastic, entertaining, and "wow"..thank you for sharing ❤Much appreciated 🎯❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤✌👏
WHY THE FUCK DOES ANYONE BESIDES JERRY JOSEPH GIVE A LITERAL FUCK ABOUT? THIS BAND WAS BIRTHED IN ATHENS, GA SO WHY. THE FUCK DO THEY CONTINUE TO PLAY NORTH
Great point Paul, I'm an ex employee of the music business (covid killed the gig) Today's radio must meet an algorithm that fits the likes from the majority ( lowest common denominator) of listeners. This is why most new music sucks. Great musicians like WSP really have to bust balls to get out there, and these folks are a great example,,, 420 to everyone, oz
He's always been a talented guitarist but damn, Isbell has stepped up his guitar game even more. That was amazing and would have to be intimidating to trade guitar solos with Jimmy....
How is it I have NEVER heard of this band. Ty Sirus XM Radio. They came on and I was instantly hooked. What a great talented Band. Shame on corporate radio and the phony Grammys ignoring them.
Wait until you see them live. Life changing...especially at Red Rocks or another outdoor venue. Feels like the whole world is at peace.
they are legit. Go see them live while you have the chance.
Ha! The Grammys? They don't even know this band exists. Corporate propaganda. Hey I'm glad you discovered Panic. Hop on and dig the ride
They're too good for commercial radio. If you only listen to the radio you're missing all the GOOD music.

Billy Strings
One of the most underrated guitarists of all time. Never misses a note, adapts to the band, all while using simple blues scales. Respect.
totally, jimmy herring is a master of his art.
I thought Jimmy was the best for many years of my life.
He sure is got his versailty game up. Which I think is a signature of the better ones
I don’t think he is under rated
