2. attachment no 1 to the application for granting a temporary residence permit to a foreigner for the purpose of performing work in a profession requiring high qualification - 2 copies
3. attachment no 2 - confirmation of the foreigner's high qualification 2 copies
4. passport + copy
5. employment contract and copy
6. annex for indefinite period or 1 year + copy
7. apartment rental agreement + copy
8. confirmation of payment for the card and application
9. diplomas + copy or work experience + copy
10. translations + copy

Name and surname,
Citizenship,
Date Of Birth,
Phone number,
The current basis for legal residence (e.g. Residence Card, National Visa + issuing country, Schengen visa + issuing country, Visa-free travel),
Expiry date of the current basis for legal residence
Basis for application (e.g. Work, Studies, Stay with a Foreigner),
Place of application (Kraków/Nowy Sącz).

Poland me salary Polish zloty me hoti and not in euros. If you have salary more than 10000 PLN with proper work contract then you will be eligible for blue card

Are you not getting the dependent visa appointment slot ?

Children who are 18 and over are not considered dependent and you cannot apply for dependent visa. After she finishes grade 12, let her apply for a university course where you stay. If she gets admission, then she has to apply for student visa to come and study, of course can stay with you.

Hello Sonam,
We would suggest you to apply for TRC as soon as you reach Poland and meanwhile start searching for job that provides work permit.
In this way, if you get a job first that provides work permit you apply for upgrade of TRC to blue card and if you get your TRC first then you don’t need a work permit.

To move to poland you will require job offer from Poland and a work permit. Without this we are not aware of any process of moving with TRC card directly

Hello, could you please answer if you know that: Am I eligible to apply “EU Blue Card” if I graduate a master degree in Poland but working as a Uber taxi driver and my monthly salary 10k pln brutto?
Hello,
One important thing to get a blue card is a work contract of 1 year or more. If you have a proper work contract with uber and a fixed salary of 10k brutto then mostly you will be eligible to get a blue card. Since we are not experts I would suggest you to seek some advice from lawyers.
But you will be eligible for TRC if not blue card.

Poland doesn’t offer citizenship to other nationals. The citizenship is only granted when either of the spouse is polish
how much tym it takes to get appointment?
It depends on the city you are applying. For krakow it takes around 1-2 months ideally. But for few people it took 3 months as well.
