Hello, could you please answer if you know that: Am I eligible to apply “EU Blue Card” if I graduate a master degree in Poland but working as a Uber taxi driver and my monthly salary 10k pln brutto?
Hello, One important thing to get a blue card is a work contract of 1 year or more. If you have a proper work contract with uber and a fixed salary of 10k brutto then mostly you will be eligible to get a blue card. Since we are not experts I would suggest you to seek some advice from lawyers. But you will be eligible for TRC if not blue card. Hope this helps 😊
Hello ma'am, i am travelling to poland with my husband on dependent visa - i hold a degree of MBA in India. Husband - 3 years work contract. so, can i apply for a EU card - wait for 6 months and then get a job? or should i get a job offer first and then apply for EU card to work? appreciate the support and revert. thank you.
Hello Sonam, We would suggest you to apply for TRC as soon as you reach Poland and meanwhile start searching for job that provides work permit. In this way, if you get a job first that provides work permit you apply for upgrade of TRC to blue card and if you get your TRC first then you don’t need a work permit. You can DM us on instagram if you have more queries. Happy to help 😊
Hello, To move to poland you will require job offer from Poland and a work permit. Without this we are not aware of any process of moving with TRC card directly
No, there is no such police verification at home. If they have any queries with your documents, you will be asked( via email) to submit the relevant document with in 15 days by visiting foreigners office

Children who are 18 and over are not considered dependent and you cannot apply for dependent visa. After she finishes grade 12, let her apply for a university course where you stay. If she gets admission, then she has to apply for student visa to come and study, of course can stay with you.
