Also the backing video is edited with the original recording......The more I listen the more I hear. I am so impressed. Wonderful. You have the talent I always wished for, I think. 😁
Great remix as usual! Also I love how you incorporated Dominic Miller’s guitar work almost as if he was the fourth member. Also pretty sure I hear Robert Downey Jr’s “Wooah” from his live performance
Hi again FYYC, this time the video worked (follow on from comment below) : Finally after having been 'Driven to Tears' (by my PC) but also having recently been to see the latest Dune movie I decided to use 'The Voice' - on my PC. The added expletives gave extra potency & it worked ! Thanks for another great derangement ! Always makes my day when I see a new FYYC video notice !
@@fyyc 😂 l indeed liked both & of course the book. The Baron from the '84 version is so whacky, flying around the room cackling, spittle going everywhere & Sting looking very orange.
Another masterpiece! For me you are the fourth, I've already said it several times. Your ability to create a perfect Police song in every way. Nothing out of place as often happens in remixes. Plus beautiful videos that not even A&M could make. I would like to meet you over a beer, my friend, and understand who you are. You're too unique to be "just a fan." A big CIAO🍻!
@@fyyc HI. I have been following, buying and collecting the Police since 1979, since the release of the single "Message in a bottle" and I have heard versions of the Police songs. Your creations, being a "purist", have never bothered me, because they maintain their original features, indeed, highlighting sounds that only a trained ear can hear. Today technology allows incredible things, but if you don't know WHERE to intervene, HOW to intervene, on such particular songs, musical rubbish can be created. In my opinion, as long as you are not already the "fourth" policeman (and that green logo really tickles my imagination...) you should receive an invitation from someone as a "person informed of the facts", as they say in police jargon. Congratulations again.🤝
Man you know i love all your mixes, but this may be the greatest (and the shortest) of all...the great solos and voices fit so good together!! Also i like to ask you so many things. .like am i hearing dominic Miller as well? But it's ok...i won't ask😊....thanks again pal!!
❤❤❤I have been a fan since 1979 when I was only fifteen and still listening to the legends again and again and love what FYYC is doing... Marvelous work... Keep on please ❤❤❤
Hi FYYC,watching on my PC (as usual) video shows a black screen. This occasionally occurs on other channels, I don't know if it's a different video setting from the publisher(s) or a glitch on my machine. Will try again in a day or two. Thanks for the clip though ! ❤
Well Rumble Fish, I guess because the legend is still alive! And so it is still possible. And more than they say or maybe admit, all three of them look so incredibly tied to their (shared) past: Sting tours the world with his honorable songs, but the Police material remains the spinal core of his repertoire. Stewart is clearly on memory lane with his recent edition of the 'Police diaries' and before that the rearrangements of Police stuff for orchestra. With varying results, if you ask me. And Andy plays solo, or with the cover band 'Call the Police' (what's in a name), especially Police songs. Also so so, if you ask me. It's clear that the past does not let them go. So why not, for the sake of mankind or music history, join forces one more time to surprise the world? It shouldn't be that difficult for them (with sufficient manpower, resources and finances - I might assume) to at least do what I (barely time nor resources) have been doing for a while....
Driven to tears, like voices inside my head definitely had scope to be more dynamic and extended they were very hasty on zen lp 3 weeks only hence it does still need a revamped . Failed, but still good 86 remix don't stand, trying to make up, promised fuller flat police remix great hits, actually in 86, didn't materlise. And Even in 2020 period Andy said they had plans for more re issues. Strange band the police as the riffs and extended live version are mind blowing good.. I guess hence this exception here, fan like urself, making up for what they saddly culdnt deliver. Police politics destruction of what culd have been too late now for them.
@@paulwilk69I think that as long as they are still alive it is still possible! it's just time to prioritize. @@fyyc It will never happen im afraid to say , at the tail end of the reunion tour Stewart and Stingo were counting down to the last gig to be over . Its nigh on twenty years ago and i think if Stingo was so inclined to write songs for The Police it would've happened around the reunion tour time . Stingo didnt want to write and Stewart told sting that there was no pressure from him or Andy to do so . The Police are over but we have music to listen to ( have been listening to the police since 79) and now we have the likes of this talented person to breathe life into old songs .
Brilliant music from The Rock era
Well FYYC! You have excelled yourself with this, brilliant my friend. 😃

Hi Calum, nothing wrong with your ears nor eyes! 😂 👋
Great job here
Please let me say........I am so very impressed. 😀
Nice job.
One of my favorite tracks from Zenyatta Mondatta, Driven to tears has its own weight and its lyric too.
Greetings from CHILE 🍷🍷🍷🍷
A beautiful jam session of the greatest band ever! Well done, once again FYYC!!!! Please never stop, and can't wait for the next!!!! ❤😊

Hi Andrew. So, did you like Dune 2, or do you maybe prefer the 1984 version with Sting in his futuristic briefs? 🩲 🤣

I think it was Sting's 60'th that RDJ did the track.
Driven to tears, yes a lot of things in fact, but not the youth good music crossing past and always present in our heart. Many thanks!🐸
Amazing! From where you took those Andy's guitar solos? First time I heard it... stunning 🎵🤘
