growing up I used to think these chefs were cooking gods, now, I just laugh or in this episode, cringe. if Anthony Bourdain saw this huge chef cook that atrocity he would have a field day. funny thing is at the end while calling that green stuff a sauce he said it was lite because of the spinach! man! but these episodes I watched on kcet or pbs back in the day kickstarted my culinary interest. I appreciate them.
