Sir I have a question...i am South African citizen, who met a Canadian Citizen online and we were in a relationship for about 3 years. She visited me in S.A.. and I visited her in Canada.and we got married....and I left back to my country. We were in continuous relationship. However she came across my fb n got stupid idea that I am talking to other women. Which was not true. Anyhow we argued n than later on she said we forget n apologise to each other and we carried on. Talking n texting daily. She did my sponsor. During this time she would argue about random things and than say sorry. However pr was issued to me. And in that time she was in her one of mood swing and arguing about silly things. And barely talked n anytime she talked it turned out to be an argument. However I arrived in Canada on September. From the airport I texted her that I am here n on my way to u. She said she not interested in seeing me. Not knowing anyone in Canada.,I got off by the rd side. However after i called few times n she argued n than came to fetch me. Left me at her basement n was gone to wrk. After 2 days she returned n asked me y am I with one bag...if i sold my apartment n store back home.i said I am trying. And than she said so u gona go back. Than divorce me. She went on and on about that. Eventually called landlord. Who tried to resolve the issue and decided we stay apart a week n than decide. I came down to basement thinking I will stay there....than i was told to leave n stay anywhere in a motel. I was at the pavement with my bags. I went to motel n than I was disappointed. Decided to go bk but my friends n family told me see the country n come bk since I wasted ticket money etc.
Than she started to email me that she will report me to immigration that I used her for sponsorship.
I didn't know what to do. I heard stories where women wrongly accused the guy and had him arrested...and I went to lawyer who advised me to stay from her and don't contact her.
3 months later I got letter from immigration stating about this article and that I may have misrepresented myself in the relationship.
And I should reply to that n provide the evidence of relationship.
She reported me but she still keeps telling me she loves me n i should come back to her and that she is sorry and someone did black magic on her that's why she was behaving that way.
I have submitted all that to a lawyer who have responded. I would like your reply please.
Can I travel back to my country and return as I am working in Canada for the last 4 months....
The lawyer I have , charged me quiet a bit but don't give me a satisfactory answer.

Her 5 years sponsorship bar is completed in may-2021. She is living with me around 9 to 10 months after marriage. She is currently in india & planning for travel canada in june 2021 due to traver ban & after she Arrived in canada then she put my sponsorship file.

Hello sir.I am a student and going to give my IELTS fortunately if everything will be ok I will apply for September intake.If I want to call my spouse in Canada after going their then is it necessary to show marriage occurred in a temple or Mandir or we can just show the government marriage certificate?I had just started the process and don't have much I idea plz guide me as what will be the mandatory documents in such case.
