HAL-9000 Robotics - oh yeah, that was really tough. When I tried to make it go backwards normally, it would always veer into the wall. What I ended up doing was using a gyro program that measured the robot’s position, and based on its position corrected by turning. So if the robot is really tilted into the wall, the program would try to tilt it back by more.
Aashrith Chejerla - Firstly, on a good attachment, it should be easy to put on and take off. I have a video about how II am able to do this. Secondly, I use many worm gears. Worm gears are the cylindrical shaped and teeth like on a screw. Worm gears allow me covert motion 90 degrees, and also give the attachment much more power. Finally, I just think of unique ideas of how to complete each mission. For example, I created a two motion arm to complete the manhole cover.
Hi! We are kuriosity robotics, if you rmember us. How many points is your total? We are mentoring a team right now and they recently reached 300 points!
Hi! I don't remember exactly how many points I am going for, but the only missions I am not trying to complete is stacking the big water, and both missions for the flower. I am also not trying to get the full points for the pipe construction. 300 points is very good! Has your team went to their first competition yet?
The team I mentor actually has their competition tomorrow! We are thinking of uploading a video of them. Yes, we will soon do a robot reveal, but the robot is almost done. We need to mount the relic arm and the jewel arm, but our glyph intake and out-take is doing good.
The team I mentor is stunning, they have 2 huge attachments that get 300 points in 1 minute and 30 seconds. I really want to upload a video about them!
Very nicely done. That’s some very nice attachments. I particularly liked how you did the pipe removal and replacement with that same arm. Good job!
Cerise BSHS - thanks!
really nice :)
SAP.Legomine - thanks! is your team competing this year? How did worlds last year go for you?
And I’m over here trying to do the faucet
와 지렸다리 지렸다 오졌다리 오졌다 뭐 거의 송은미급 카이팅으로 잘했네여 진짜 대박이다
Great idea !! I will use it with inspiration for my team!
Thanks! Glad you are inspired!
How does your robot in the second run stay against the wall when it is going backward? Did you angle the robot into the wall?

+Mindstorms Man - SWARM, Good solution!
CAn you give me tips on how you built those arms
I could really use some good ideas

THANKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK YYYYOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
i have been trying to convert the gear motion 90 degrees for sooooooooooooooo long
I just subed
👌
Nice
Miguel Martinez - Thanks!

How is FTC going? I havnt seen any posts since early October. Will you guys be doing a robot reveal?

Nice! I am excited to see their and your robots!
REaly nice
