To anyone wondering why William is evil. One possible explanation is given in the books. They state that William survived a springlock failure in the past which could have caused brain damage, insanity, and and incredible fear of death. Also it likely isn’t his kids deaths that made him insane, since Elizabeth was the first to die and she died because of CB, so why would a completely sane man build a capture and murder bot. Plus since the games leave out how Will treats his kids we have no choice than to rely on the books which makes it clear that William utterly hates his children (or at least Eli). This also makes me doubt that his kids dying made him crazy. P.S: William might have had a more direct hand in his kids deaths (especially Elizabeth’s) for example Elizabeth’s: Circus Baby did not kill Eli. CB was built to capture kids not kill them. So Elizabeth was alive inside of her till one of two this happened. 1: Elizabeth either suffocated, or was perhaps mangled inside of the animatronic due to its movement (remember the GF is security breach had to be careful not to hurt Gregory) or 2: she was killed when a worker used the scooper on CB. In both instances William had plenty of opportunities to open CB and let Eli out, but he didn’t. CC: As we know from the SL secret room, William was the one talking through the Fredbear plush & had cameras in CCs room and hallway. This makes it seem as though CC was probably some sort of experiment, more specifically a way to test the illusion disks, and if William was talking to CC through the plush then he would have known all about Michaels bullying. William also would probably have heard Mike and his friends talking about taking CC up to freadbear, but Will never tried to stop it. Mike: Will literally sent Mike to SL, basically sending Mike to his death.

So basically when they get teleported the universe stops, it freezes in time. Then when they are teleported hack they dont remember any of it and they get teleported into the position they were before.
