Hi! We have shuttles that go to the Mall, stop and shop (there is Chinese food, Michael’s, the dollar store, and marshalls in the same plaza), the train station, Martire, West campus, the CHE, and all of the off campus dorms!
Is it hard to make friends/get involved as a commuter?

Hi! I am thinking of applying here soon as a nursing transfer student from California. I am not christian... is this a super christian university and will I be completely out of place if I am not christian? Some christian universities also make you go to church and stuff so i'm wondering if they basically make you do that. Do they also make you take any religion classes? I am worried I will be kinda outcast since I know many christian universities are not the most inclusive when it comes to that. Thanks!
Hi Rebecca! This is a great question. Yes, we are a Catholic University, however, it is not forced on you at all. We are not made to go to church or obtain any strict Christian rules! We do have to take two Catholic Discussion classes where it does not focus mainly on Christian values and gives you an opportunity to discuss your opinions without judgment. Additionally, we do have to take a religion class, however, the classes offered are very diverse (for example, I took a world religion class where I was taught about Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, as well as early Christianity). You will not be an outcast at all!

What exactly is a pre fall program? Are there separate ones for different majors? Sounds interesting!!
Hi! A prefall program is a program that allows you to move onto campus a week before the semester begins! There are multiple prefall programs depending on your area of interest. It’s a fun week full of activities and it allows you to get used to campus and make friends before anyone else!! Super fun time I highly recommend :) they should give you more info at your orientation!
