I never thought about it until you mentioned it about how the dash does face the driver side. Pretty cool and I like how the dash is rounded and blends right into the doors. Yeah I am definitely a 95 Celica lover.

      Hi Carlo,
Thanks for watching I always appreciate it.
The Celica. I have always loved this car and was glad I got it. The bumpers and things need a bit of attention but what car doesn't and it's still going strong over 300kms.
The black is growing on me but see how I go with it. Ok thankyou I will consider going to see your mate there and see what he can do for me. For a 95 model car it certainly has a nice and spacious interior with a big boot too. Driving it is still a pleasure and always gets a few looks as well.
That's great your off to qld mate I hope you have a great time and I will see you on the next one champion.

Is 300,000 kilometers mean miles my 95 Celica has 213,000 MIles.. I bought it when it was 6 years old and someone had put 116,000 mi on it so it took me approximately 23 years to put on almost 100,000 MIles. I used to see these cars a lot more in the past but in the last few years I've only seen one, it's a red one that I see once in awhile. The only thing I don't like about the car is the position of the cup holders gets in the way of shifting and the backseat is not very spacious but the body shape of the car the way it sits low and fat I really like. I seen someone the other day towing a car the same color as yours, curious to know if he just bought it or if it broke down and he was towing it but didn't get a chance to talk to him.

I have the 1995 Toyota Celica St 5 speed, I bought it in 2001 for 8,000. This car has never left me stranded and it's so fun to drive, very solid hugs the road. I have replaced everything that has ever gone bad with the car from radiator to struts to lower control arms. I added all the receipts from everything I have ever had to replace and it came to $9,800. I have $213,000 mi and it runs like brand new. Air conditioner works amazingly and I would never sell this car. My only wish is that I had bought a parts car years ago because at some point it will be hard to find parts for this car.

      Hi Italian girl,
Thanks for watching I really appreciate it and it's good to see people from all around the world are watching me.
That's great you have a 95 as well. They are awesome and yes they are very fun to drive in manual. Wow that's awesome you have replaced pretty much everything on it and I am doing mine in stages and yes it does get a bit expensive and yes a donor car would be nice. I may buy one for parts one day. My air con works well too. Yes they run well even with higher kms.
Thanks again for watching I really appreciate it

@@agautomotive glad you got my comment. Yes very few of these are running today and they are amazing cars. Of course my steering is on the other side and the color is pewter, if you don't know what that color is the closest way of explaining it would be a champagne color. I appreciate how much you like them as well. Hope you're having a wonderful summer 😊

@italiangirl2440 Thanks I did and i do appreciate the reply. Yes I know the Pewter colour and its a nice unique colour that you don't get a lot of well not over here in Australia. Yes it's great to find others that like the same things so that's awesome. It in Winter here but yes I am having a good one and I hope you are as well.

@@agautomotive wow I didn't know that summertime here is winter in Australia. Does it snow in Australia? It snows where I live and I keep my car in the garage all year round when I'm not driving it. I got to see underneath the car when they put new lower control arms and bushings, there's absolutely no rust except for a little on the exhaust. I often get comments on my car and there's a guy who offered me 8 Grand for it if I ever want to sell it but I don't think I ever will

@italiangirl2440 yes it strange how it's different around the world. We get snow in Australia but not near where I live. And I think it would be great to live in the snow and yes you would want to keep it in the garage otherwise it would freeze. Oh wow 8 grand thats good but I would keep it as they are hard to find another good one.

Forgot to mention I really like the glass headlights, they make too many cars with plastic headlights. To replace those headlights here in America cost about $300 each. I've never heard of an SX so I learned something today. I've always known of the St and the GT. I tried to find a GT back in 2001 but I fell in love with the car by the looks, the only difference is the engine size but for a 1.8 l engine on the St it's still gets up and goes pretty good. In 1989 I had gotten the 1977 Toyota Celica GT and I also had bought a 1976 Toyota Celica GT coupe. My husband at the time rebuild the engine on the 76 and I wish I still had them both today even though they had no power steering on either one of them. I've been driving the Celica cars since 1989. My son has the 2000 GT in silver. I remember being able define parts to these cars at the r Auto wrecker but they're not around anymore for parts

Yes the Glass headlights are nice and yes I don't know why more cars are made with glass headlights but it must be a cost thing. Oh wow so you really love celica's. That's awesome you have had so many. This is my first and it needs a bit of fixing up but otherwise it drives so well and I love it.

      Hi cyclingchoice,
Thanks for watching I do appreciate it and thanks for the nice comment. No unfortunately the SX models didn't come with an airbag. It was only on the ZR model that the Airbags came in.
      Thanks again.
