My guess is, people are having too much fun with the fact that the ship name is Dust bunnies. It seems to be a common theme among some BNHA ship names. Green Tea/ (Aka the literal translation of a part of their names), Pop Rocks/ Kiribaku (self examitory), Hotwings / Dabihawks. (Again self explanatory)
I always thought of this ship as a joke but it..just makes sense.
