cuz like imo the main issue with arrancar being ass or op is the fact unlike every other race it can't get buffed moves so this could be a variant that helps bridge the gap even slightly

I don't think they rly gotta change anything, it removes hiero and doesn't have that many charges
I think max stacks should be lowered to 3, nobody is saving up to 5 in a match anyways (besides at the start)

All ideas for proficiency variant medic moves
Discord - Applies antiheal for the duration
Leap - has no windup and gives allies a barrier
Encompass - 3 ideas, either reflects projectiles, feeds you reiatsu, or launches balas at people in the barrier zone
Soul Link - Applies a bala burner that links anyone else who gets hit by it
Bloody Canvas - block breaks, heals more
Reiatsu Rend - Comes out way quicker, block breaks
Barrier - double durability, 40% of the damage taken is converted to reiatsu that goes to you
Overcharge - more durability, restores reiatsu and health
Amplifier - 3 or 2 buffs instead of 1
Reiatsu Push - no longer knocks back, ragdolls for longer
Selfless Heart - Restores 20% health AND reiatsu instead of 10%, travels way faster
Healing Circle - mini encompass around it, radius is 50% larger and it heals 20% more
Fusion - gives you an extra variant on self fuse, and all 4 variants on teammate fusion (this is questionable)
High speed - heals 20% more, gives you a 10% damage reduction while healing
Self Heal - starts at max healing speed, no slow while healing
Medic - range increased by 10x, about the range of a selfless heart

@@friedchickenlover5 idk how medic, self heal, healing circle, and high speed would work with the charge because if it's taken immediately upon use then it can be wasted but if its after a certain threshold of healing is surpassed it is used than it could be too op.
@@GOMS-ko4hk the charge is taken immediately, but I made them either quick to use or harder to cancel (healing circle encompass, instant max speed heal, high speed can't get canceled)
