This is cooked as advertised!! They said on the sign 10 hours at 200 degrees. You can tell it was slow roasted because the colors of the meat match. When they use high temps to cook the rib roost, the outer cap is much darker and the center cap is anywhere from pink to light brown. You're right, they could trip off lots more fat before cooking!

❤❤❤love me some Jerry's Original Coffee Shop. Their prime rib never disappoints. Their salad and garlic bread which is included is excellent. Potato and vegetables also included. I always say I'll get the bigger cut but with the regular cut and all the sides I leave with a to go box. Fron time to time they have had to raise their prices but the old Vegas quality stays the same. Thanks for your videos !!
I was told from a friend that Jerry's Nugget is where many casinos sends their kitchen staff to learn their basic training for the other casinos in town.
Before the pandemic, the buffet (Le Village) at the Paris Casino’s prime rib rivaled streak houses prime rib! The prime rib favor and tenderness was spot on.
It was pretty good at South Point. But I had GAINT, GOOD, PrimebRib at Jerry's and Ellis Island. I wish South Point had similar sizes... I'm a BIG eater, especially prime rib. I need something around 32oz to 50oz.
been to Vegas so many times. they used to draw you into their casinos with $99 prime ribs or other nice food items. especially in the middle of the night. they knew they would get it all back and more from gambling. the prime rib looks great though.
I've been there its one of the best Deals in Vegas their Desserts are Awesome as well And the Waitress are very Friendly I Highly Recommend this place its awsome
Because of the COVID-19 Lockdown. Businesses experienced staff shortages and cooks not returning. Which means inconsistency. Rising prices. Supply shortages and/or changes . Give them some time to get back in their rhythm.
Great cut,,great color flavor and fresh ingredients looks good and I think it’s the best one I v ever seen.cooked very well, heart understanding and to the best it can be.
These giant steaks in Vegas are great if you live there and can take it home to the fridge but for visitors staying in a hotel room not such a great deal. .
Ellis island meat was “Still” tough. I was there with my wife mid Sept watching the Yankees (Last Game) I ordered the Steak 🥩 and it was over cooked. I sent it back. Apparently it’s a big deal when Meats get sent back. Management meant came out to ask why? I explained to them the meat was dry. I’m not surprised. Skyline WAS good a long long time ago. I used to love it because their prime rib was great! And it was around $10. I used to eat there all the time. But then it started going downhill. A little before Covid, they started offering a smaller prime rib for $5.99..... but it was TERRIBLE. I haven't gone back in awhile... maybe 3 years now. But I loved the coffee shop there for a lot of other things as well.
I went to Jerry’s Aug 2022, it was $44 for the medium size 28-30oz prime rib dinner. The prime rib alone was amazing! It was a huge piece of roast with hardly any fat and it was juicy and tender my wife said that looks like the size of roast that feeds all four of us at home! The salad and baked potato where just that, a salad and baked potato, but still good! They have a huge menu and the prices are hard to beat for the value. I recommend it! We had a breakfast there to and that was good!
Absolutely amazing price. In the DC/Northern Virginia area, 12 oz rib-eye or prime rib cost around $40ish. 32 oz prime rib at The Prime Rib in DC is $98 a la carte (and not that good). I'm glad not every restaurants in the US ridiculously jacked up their food price.

That said Jerry's is not bad but if you are a tourist on the strip it's not worth the cab fare. If you are Downtown you might want to check it out.
Just wanted to say that we were at Ellis Island about a week ago, got the regular prime rib, and we were disappointed as well because it was tough... not sure if they changed vendors or what. We've gone 2 other times prior (like within the past year), and they've been great!
