The Vipassana experience told by this guy is a little nuanced and the meaning of Adishthan really is testing your mind by not moving even a bit during that whole 1hour, not to go in a deeper meditative state 😂😂. P.S: I have attended a 10day course. He made it sound like some weird shit lol.
The end goal of the practice is to be used to still body for 'longer durations' 'better meditation'. Strength and technique goes hand in hand imho.
