Sir one querry, does the final selection after interview round depends mostly on the interview itself? Or on the basis of score in OT , Cultural test and interview added together?
Dear Shubhajit, In TataSteel selection depends on many factor yeah it is obvious that interview makes a big impact but final selection list actually prepare at HQ by considering state of domicile, equal opportunity for women and marginalized section, employees ward and PH candidates. As per my knowledge and experience.

I wanted to ask one thing. Any particular reason for you for leaving Tata Steel and joining as a professor? How many months of training did you undergo?
If you ask me a reason then I would tell I love teaching from beginning so opportunity came bit late. But frankly speaking I also look forward to back again if time demand 😊😊 I worked there for 6 months.

Do write as per your academic certificate because you have many identity proof than aadhar but only one degree certificate.

Well there training profile is little bit different. They do more focus on classroom training. Two of my elder bro were from mineral engineering in our batch, Sunil Bhai and Pritam Bhai. They recently posted in washery of Jharia but Pritam bhai transfer to HQ. I miss them a lot 💔
Hello sir, Sir one thing I want to ask sir my and father birth is from Rourkela, Odisha. And in domicile section I had mentioned Odisha because I have my own property in Odisha. But in permanent address section I had mentioned my current address which is Jaipur. Sir my question is that will it effect in anyway?
No Problem, But after qualifying Online Test and Cultural Test, during interview they will ask for Resident Certificate.
