Dear Shubhajit, In TataSteel selection depends on many factor yeah it is obvious that interview makes a big impact but final selection list actually prepare at HQ by considering state of domicile, equal opportunity for women and marginalized section, employees ward and PH candidates. As per my knowledge and experience.

If you ask me a reason then I would tell I love teaching from beginning so opportunity came bit late. But frankly speaking I also look forward to back again if time demand 😊😊 I worked there for 6 months.

But in permanent address section I had mentioned my current address which is Jaipur. Sir my question is that will it effect in anyway?

No they generally posted at Steel Plant but those who chose to go with Safty Department they posted in Raw Material location as well, with very High rank official 😊

Well there training profile is little bit different. They do more focus on classroom training. Two of my elder bro were from mineral engineering in our batch, Sunil Bhai and Pritam Bhai. They recently posted in washery of Jharia but Pritam bhai transfer to HQ. I miss them a lot 💔

No Problem, But after qualifying Online Test and Cultural Test, during interview they will ask for Resident Certificate.
