The network advice is actually incredibly true. I just graduated as a Mechanical Engineering and I noticed the students that ended up landing the best job did a lot better at networking versus those students who were really smart.

A student from Harvard would go to MIT for graduate studies, one from caltech would go to Berkeley and so on. Why does it go that way, it is because such prestigious schools would advise their students not to pursue graduate studies at the same university they did their undergraduate but rather to go to other schools , and that is to allow diversity into the system in a way to reinforce it.

EE senior here. Tips for SAT: Get yourself those guided books with practice exams and do as many as you can. Since you're in 9th grade, use your summers to study. I know it sounds lame, but that's what I did. I used my summers to get ahead, trust me its worth it. Don't focus on one subject. You need to spread out evenly. I made that mistake by only studying the math (which I got an almost perfect score) but did okay on the rest of the exam.
Grind Khan Academy and know why you got questions wrong, most of the questions are worded similarly and look for certain things. You'll get it eventually
It is how it is. Right now, there isn’t really any new tech coming out, and I also enjoy making these types of videos. At the end of the day, I think content is better than no content. I won’t stop making videos about tech, but I also won’t stop vlogging.

Why not continue with your post graduate studies (grad school) at MIT? Are there specific reasons you looking to do them elsewhere?
