- นักศึกษาหนุ่มไฟแรง ไรอัน (กัน อรรถพันธ์) ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และได้เจอกับพี่เจน (ออฟ จุมพล) ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับที่กลับทำให้คนไฟแรงอย่างไรอันหมดไฟได้ ซึ่งความทุกข์ในการฝึกงานของไรอันถูกระบายให้กับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาฝึกงานของปีนี้ที่มี บะหมี่ (พิพลอย กัญญรัตน์) ฝ่าย AE และเต้ (ซี ทวินันท์) ฝ่ายตัดต่อ คู่รักที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่นี่เพราะอยากอยู่ด้วยกัน ป๋า (ปูน มิตรภักดี) ฝ่ายอาร์ต และ พาย (วิว เบญญาภา) ฝ่ายโปรดักชั่น แต่แล้วเมื่อไรอันได้ลองฝึกงานไปเรื่อยๆ กลับพบว่าพี่เจนก็เป็นคนใจดีกว่าที่คนอื่นคิดจนในบางครั้งไรอันเองก็เผลอใจเต้นไปด้วย และเกิดเป้าหมายคือจะต้องชนะใจพี่เจนให้ได้ ! ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้จะเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือประสบการณ์หัวใจ ติดตามได้ใน “The Trainee ฝึกงานเทอมนี้ รักพี่ได้มั้ย”

Jane mistook Ryan as someone who half-asses his work but once he saw that Ryan took actual efforts, he was the first one to support him and give him the credit for it. I swear he's the backbone of Good Pick. Off is playing this role SO WELL!

But it’s also because Gun really loves crying for his series. He is the no 1 choice when it comes to portraying difficult and complex emotional scenes because it is his niche and area of expertise, he does it better than 99% actors in thai industry. Also Gun mentioned in several interviews that since he was a child actor, he’s been practicing crying by putting on sad songs and trying to cry exactly at a particular timestamp of the song, so that he gets more command over his crying skills. And we can see how amazing and perfect he is in such scenes, from his roles on Slice when he was 14 years old to his role in Gifted as Punn, in the movie Blue Hour, in Not Me, in Theory of Love and literally every series. At the end of the day he loves crying scenes. Director Jojo and P’Aof and his friends once said while reacting to a trailer of Cooking Crush, that it’s not a Gun Atthaphan series if he doesn’t show his crying skills.

When it really counts. He's way too short with most people so it's hard to get past that, but once you do, he's all the things you said. He didn't try to force Ryan, but he worked with him and showed Ryan he wasn't useless or an idiot.
Ahh last week's trailer for this episode deceived us! 😂Jane isn't that bad as I thought. He is really acting like a normal supervisor and mentor. I liked that he praised Ryan in his own way. Such things are so important and can motivate an employee so much! And we clearly saw that with Ryan at the end. ☺Supervisors forget to praise their employees now and then, but they definitely should do it, even if their employees are part of their company for a while. It's so important to motivate and show them that they as an employee and their work is valued! Of course also feedback in general (good and maybe not so good performances and how to improve). However, unfortunately not every employer does that.

Let me add to what I've written before that the music is perfect. The plot is crafted to illuminate the feelings of the characters, especially the roller coaster feelings of Ryan. And can anyone go from being stressed out and distraught to hopeful more convincingly than Gun?
And now I have to wait half a lifetime for the next episode. Well, there's We Are and Wandee Goodday, which I also enjoy, but this series is hitting a home run in every segment.
This episode is very brilliant and amazing like I am getting to experience more pf what an intern has and also it may seem strict but you need to admit this is where your experience is needed
