    Thanks for the video which was very insightful. From a purely investment perspective - for EOK which is the better buy - the 904 sqft, 990 sqft or the 1023sqft?

      i like the 990sqft. smallest and hence most affordable 3 premium in that area.

    hI, thanks for the insightful video. Just wondering why is postharmonisation psf lower than pre harmonisation? I thought postharmonisation , due to lack of "wasted space" the psf should be higher?

      its lower for EOK only because the developers bought it immediately after the announcement of the changes and competition was low. It'll gradually go higher for the next couple of plots
