Welcome back! This week we’re back to a team led session as Siobhan takes us Back to Basics to look at Confident Decision Making in Social Work.

Decision making is clearly a vital part of social work practice, and this session provides advice and guidance on the complexities of decision making. Siobhan utilises a decision making tree to explain four key branches of decision making: THEORY, RESEARCH, EVIDENCE and EXPERTISE.
