To conclude from your video, I should maintain my focus on Web development for now as I have freshly developed interest for IT domain and currently, practicing Frontend development in React JS along the MERN stack roadmap. I should not be indulging myself into Salesforce at all as I need a Job as a necessary part given my age is 30 and inconsistent career past.

I have total 10+ years of Quality Assurance Engineer experience. I started my career as manual tester and gradually shifted myself doing automation testing in the last 4-5 years. I feel I have to work more harder on coding and other SDET stuff if I have to crack the high paid job and on the other side seeing my wife working in salesforce domain, I think I can do salesforce developer role and earn better if I plan to clear the salesforce certificates with her guidance.
What's your suggestion? Should I take a chance shifting towards salesforce or not?

Sir I really appreciate your honest & unbiased opinion on Salesforce , this is truth actually Salesforce has steep learning curve they are asking Mulesooft, Integration ,Lwc , CI/CD , Admin, Apex for 2 Years Experience Jobs which is highly unlikely. I most of the time advice people to not become Salesforce Developer.

True , being a Salesforce developer for 2.6 years I have went through tha same . I started as a admin and with in just 2 weeks I was expected to work as a developer. It may be any interview, we are expected to know admin, flow, integrations, trigger, async apex , aura and lwc along with release management. Even in my current organization I was hired as a LWC developer and now I am working on integrations. So we cannot say surely which one to explore , we should have atleast the basics of all aspects . It is lot more than full stack as we need understanding of business , sales , services and marketing also. !!

Now working on Experience Cloud and learning LWC ( HTML and JS) but also parallelly exploring Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Marketing Cloud , which doesn't require any coding till now but this is just because of business ask. Do I really need to learn almost every Salesforce product like Einstein, MC, Mulesoft to be called as Salesforce developer ?
